NeedleWorkMonday - The Mini Mouse

Hi, today I want to introduce you to a little beauty. This was one of my niece's birthday presents. She's a little princess who needed a faithful friend, and what friend is better than Mini Mouse?

Now I'm going to show you how I made her. Unfortunately, I worked on her for a few months and some of the original pictures are missing.. my phone I took them with broke. No problem, I'll share with you the rest of the doll's completion.

I started by building the head, and without sewing I continued with knitting the neck and body of the doll.

After building the body (the part above the skirt), use the front stitches in red to knit the skirt and white in the back stitches so the doll's pants can be knitted under the skirt.

Each leg ends with a boot.

Once the main part was done I started working on the arms. Knit the fingers first with white yarn and then continued with the sleeve in black.

So far so good. I had already done those steps until it was time for the juiciest thing, or at least for me the trickiest - the face and eyes.

Here are the black dots on the eyes.

I created a white oval base which was edged with black to make the eyes stand out. I also stitched the little black "dot".

This is what the doll's ears look like.

I stitched the already prepared parts of the face, which included 3 parts.

Then I sewed the snout of the doll.

As well as the ears.

Here she is, this amazing beauty. On purpose one leg is turned to the side though, she's going to be a model doll ;)

Oh yeah, I forgot to add that I made a bow too. I deliberately made her without a mouth. Those who know about the art of amigurumi know why ;)
