As humanity, even if we were to find our creators, we would defend whatever belief we hold—namely, that God created them.
I recently rewatched one of my favorite movies, my number one favorite film, Alien: Prometheus, which expands the franchise to a level of spiritual confrontation and is, in fact, the film that inspired the name of my content creation channel.
After watching it, the idea came to me to view God as another character within the film—one who provides the framework for the director’s answers to the questions he poses to himself and to us, questions that define humanity, one of which is: Does God exist?

Recientemente volvi a ver uno de mis films favoritos, mi Top 1 de peliculas llamado Alien Prometheus que expande la franquicia a un nivel de confrontacion espiritual y que de hecho es la pelicula inspiracion para dar nombre a mi canal de creacion de contenido.
Luego de verla en mi mente surgio la idea de ver a Dios como otro personaje dentro del film que le da todo el contorno a lo que el director quiere responder al plantearse y plantearnos las preguntas que definen a la humanidad, donde una de ellas es si existe Dios?
The film fights tooth and nail to defend the character of God. I don’t know what the director’s beliefs are, but his intention to portray God as beyond all comprehension and as the answer to everything is remarkable.
In this video review, I’ve presented my three perspectives on that character, and it occurs to me what if God is mortal, just like us? I think these are ideas that we, as humanity, are not willing to accept, since it is in the nature of any believer to fight to impose their God above all others.
Engineers are creators, and now we, too, might consider ourselves creators, but the conflict we haven’t yet resolved is how to create a soul… Only God is capable of this, and Dr. Shaw knows it.

Durante la Reseña planteo mis tres puntos de vista sobre ese personaje y llega a mi la idea de que pasa si es Mortal como nosotros..... pienso son ideas que como humanidad no estamos dispuestos a aceptar ya que es la naturaleza de cualquier ser que tenga creencia el luchar por imponer su Dios por encima de todos los demas.
Los Ingenieros son Creadores y ahora nosotros pudieramos considerarnos tambien creadores pero el conflicto que no hemos llegado aun a resolver es como crear un Alma.... de esto ultimo solo es capaz Dios y la Dra Shaw lo sabe.

They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does

¡Qué buen debate me dejó tu análisis! Me vi la película gracias a tu reseña y, aunque siento que al final se vuelve "una más de Alien" y cae en la típica acción comercial, el trasfondo filosófico que abres es brutal.
Me dejó la impresión de que plantea la idea de un Dios oscurantista y castigador: nos crean con el hermoso sacrificio del Ingeniero que muestras, pero luego nos juzgan con crueldad. Frente a eso, el arco de la doctora Shaw me pareció tremendo; al final toma una postura totalmente crística, inmolándose por amor a la humanidad para ir a buscar respuestas ante esos creadores implacables.

Es que la pelicula a la final tiene que caer en lo basico del Alien, debe ser asi y en efecto, es lo mismo de la franquicia una y otra y otra vez jaja 😅😅
Justo por eso aprecio y valoro la contribucion del Director para volver algo tan basico y repetitivo como un monstruo mas, lo llevara a otro nivel que nunca me espere y que de paso soy muy fan porque me encanta las culturas antiguas y esas preguntas imposibles de respinder sobre si existe dios, por que nos creo, el proposito para nosotros y el saber de donde venimos etc etc 🤩🤩
Por eso me da pesar el film no gue apoyado en su epoca porque los fans de Lo Basico y repetitivo como el terror y el montruo Alien no aprecian ese debate filosofico
Y a los que encanta la profundidad narrativa, el ver que el final se vuelve basico, hace que el film quede a medias
En mi caso estoy feliz con la profundidad y debate ideologico.... A la vez que aprecio lo basico de la masacre con el monstruo Alien 😜😜
Basado en lo que me dices al final, Te Recomiendo enormemente buscar la Escena Eliminada del Film en la que El Ultimo Ingeniero habla, ademas de guiones donde Jesucristo el Hijo de Dios cobra relevancia para justificar esa crueldad de un Dios castigador que mencionas. Resalto mucho que El Film defiende a Dios como creador de creadores, los Ingenieros son otra raza mas de su creacion, ese enfoque me agrado 😬😬
