An addiction hindered reproduction!

What does it feel like to have a reproductive day?
I so much love that feeling, that competence, and the intimate feeling within me when I finally happen to make my day a reproductive one. But like they say, all days are not equal and the same which means every day has its uniqueness, obstacles, and goodness attached to it which makes it vary and different from other days.
There are days when I happen to be so reproductive and there are days I do not even understand a single thing about myself.

I finally got to realize that an unfruitful or nonreproductive day for me is always caused by procrastination and lack of appropriate planning just like the saying "he who fails to plan ahead automatically plans to fail ahead".
Overall, I realized that a nonreproductive day for me is mostly due to an obsession that is always keeping me away from what I am supposed to do for myself and this is mostly my phone.

This device happens to be a huge distraction because out of 24 hours a day, I spend just 6 to 7 hours in bed sleeping, and out of the remaining 15 hours I dedicate about 12 hours to using my phone. The battery no longer retains as much energy as it used to before due to the high and critical level of usage.

How did I get to realize that my phone was my biggest distraction and the cause of my not having a reproductive day?

Something happened some time ago and my doubt was cleared. A few months ago we ran out of power/electricity for nearly a month or two but could you believe that this period happened to be the most reproductive period I've ever had?

Because there was no electricity to charge my devices and gadgets, I was able to channel my energy and focus on so many other aspects of life that were beneficial to me why is because my distractions were no longer there for me to attend to.

To cut a long story short, whenever I feel like I'm not being reproductive or I'm yet to have a reproductive day, I simply switch off my mobile device and keep it away from me.
This has worked several times for me and has helped me countless times to make me lucrative.

I would say, if you find yourself not being reproductive, it probably could be due to laziness and procrastination which is very common but if not so, reschedule and investigate yourself to see what are those things that take so much of your time and attention daily.
By so doing, you will see those factors that tend to hinder you from doing things that you should have done for yourself a long time ago.

Overcoming laziness and procrastination.

One thing I've noticed about laziness or being lazy is that it is never in the body. Most people say that laziness lives inside the body and that discourses you to work yourself out or turn yourself into a reproductive person but no this is wrong.

Laziness as I know, lives in the eyes and mind, they are certain things you see, then your mind gets discouraged from making itself useful.
Take for instance you turn to see that you have nearly a hundred pieces of laundry to wash, this can automatically trigger your mind to rest and start all over again.

Speak to yourself and fight the resistance in your mind. It's all about setting up your mind and putting in the interest to make a particular thing happen.
The eyes are always lazy and the eyes would infect the mind therefore causing you to reserve yourself from what you should have long achieved.

In summary, these were just my personal opinions and they could work for you as well.
Abstain yourself from your addictions and you'll find yourself being the most lucrative and reproductive person you've ever been.
