During my school days probably class 12 and below, we do have numerous number of teachers whom we admire and also we had some teachers we never want to set our eyes on. This is a general habit of most students in school and it is due to certain reasons, conditions and experiences that we the students must have encountered with a particular class teacher.

Back in my secondary school days every teacher has a specific course that he or she handles and we love some teachers because of the course they lecture us, some because of the methods they apply to their teaching and some we like them because we feel they are social and friendly to us.

So if i was to be a teacher, how do i stand out of other teachers?

Being a teacher requires your good efforts, diligence, tolerance and some experience too. You need to understand your students by first of all studying them to know the kind of a learner that is inside every one of your students, this will make your work quite swift and concentrated. Below i will state some key points on how you could become the most adorable and valuable teacher in the eye's of your students.

STRATEGIES TO BECOME A STUDENT'S BEST TEACHER

SLOW AND STEADY: Being able to repeat contexts over and over registers that context into a student's memory, no rushing of books and being hasty because the students are learners and they aren't professors yet.

BRILLIANT MANOEUVRE: It captures a student's heart to see a teacher who is brilliant and can solve every problem about the course they teach, Answering the questions of the student and giving them some real life examples to an un-understandable explanation. It builds the students trust and gives your student the positive mind that what ever you tell him or her in class, is absolute and guaranteed.

FRIENDLINESS: There is nothing else that a student really wants from her teacher more than their attention, co-operation, time and listening ears. When you make friends with your student you will actually learn from them and they will also learn from you because that is basically what happens in a friendship. Learning from you won't be a difficult task for your friendly student and you will also learn from them by understanding the kinds of persons that they are.

TIME FOR EVERYTHING: Being punctual and making your student to understand that there is time for learning and time for fun is the best way to sustain and upgrade your reputation because you will be seen as a teacher who doesn't joke with time and does everything in accordance.

UNDERSTANDING: This is the most treasure of a teacher. Because students do have alot of things they don't tell their teachers because they may be afraid of the outcome or action that the teacher is going to take after that. But being so understanding and relating to hear and know what bothers your student, what they are going through and their recommendations to certain areas of your study and most importantly how you can help them.

All these are my personal thoughts of of my student experiences and If you are a teacher and you have these qualities i just mentioned above, trust me you may be given an award of the best teacher by the students. Education is very important and paramount so we need to do everything possible to achieve the goals in every educational system. I may not be the best but i believe you always learn something from every of my article.
