[ESP/ENG] PROYECTANDO METAS/🎯 PROJECTING GOALS.
Para proyectar nuestras metas es indispensable en primer lugar saber identificar cuáles son aquellos sueños y objetivos que nos impulsan al momento de comenzar a crear con claridad y con paso firme lo que queremos para nuestro futuro, lo que deseamos para nuestras vidas, saber qué es aquello que nos apasiona y nos alimentan el alma, descubrir nuestro propósito y saber que somos capaces de conseguir todo aquello del cual nos sentimos merecedores de alcanzar nuestro máximo potencial.
In order to project our goals, it is essential in the first place to know how to identify those dreams and objectives that drive us when we begin to create clearly and with a firm step what we want for our future, what we want for our lives, to know what that is that we are passionate about and that feed our souls, discover our purpose and know that we are capable of achieving everything we feel worthy of to reach our maximum potential.
Para cumplir nuestras metas también es fundamental tener en cuenta una serie de pasos que nos ayudarán en el proceso, en primer lugar debemos saber cuáles son nuestras prioridades, las que son más importantes y de más relevancia en el momento, eligiendo metas en las cuales se pueda trabajar de inmediato, elegir una meta que sea realista, y por supuesto alcanzable, teniendo en cuenta nuestros recursos,
el tiempo que le podamos dedicar, saber el límite del costo de nuestra inversión porque también para llevar a cabo un proyecto, requiere de la parte económica, también nos podemos guiar con una serie de preguntas de autoayuda, es decir ¿Qué queremos?, ¿en qué momento quiero que suceda? Si es a largo o a corto plazo, y ¿de qué manera o cómo vamos a lograrlo? ✨🎯

Es importante resaltar la importancia de llevar un control sobre nuestros objetivos, mis herramientas favoritas y que me han servido es llevar un registro en una agenda, un calendario o personalizar un cuaderno que nos sirvan para organizarnos de manera más eficiente y productiva.

Quiero aprovechar el momento para contarles una meta personal🤗. Recuerdo que hace un tiempo, hubo un momento en mi vida donde me llegué a sentir frustrada porque estaba estudiando Sistemas de Información y la verdad ví muchas materias sobre la informática, lenguaje de programación, entre otras, hasta que un día retiré el nuevo horario y leí donde decía (Psicología Organizacional), les confieso que me causó mucha emoción e intriga y no podía esperar para entrar a mi primera clase, una vez comencé pues sinceramente salía súper emocionada del aula ya que tocaban temas de mi interés, me causaba una enorme motivación.

I remember that some time ago, there was a moment in my life where I felt frustrated because I was studying Information Systems and the truth was I saw many subjects on computing, programming language, among others, until one day I withdrew the new schedule and I read where it said (Organizational Psychology), I confess that it caused me a lot of emotion and intrigue and I couldn't wait to enter my first class, once I started well, honestly, I left the classroom super excited since they touched on topics of interest to me, it caused me enormous motivation.
Les cuento que al final me gradué, y si, me dió mucha satisfacción personal y una gran alegría de haber alcanzado una meta de convertirme en profesional, fue un momento muy especial para mi y toda mi familia, recuerdo que mi mamá tuvo la oportunidad de cantar en nuestro acto el Himno del Graduando y fue un momento inolvidable, pues los hijos siempre queremos que nuestros padres se sientan orgullosos💖.
I tell you that in the end I graduated, and yes, it gave me a lot of personal satisfaction and great joy to have reached a goal of becoming a professional, it was a very special moment for me and my entire family, I remember that my mother had the opportunity to sing the Graduation Anthem in our act and it was an unforgettable moment, because children always want our parents to feel proud 💖.
Una vez teniendo mi título en mano, rápidamente conseguí mi primer empleo ejerciendo mi carrera de sistemas, pero al pasar el tiempo, noté que había una carrera técnica donde realmente si me llegué a sentir identificada de la misma manera cuando me pasó al ver la materia de Psicología, era muy similar por tratarse en cuánto al talento humano, por estudiar la conducta y el comportamiento de los empleados dentro de la organización, encargándose del rendimiento y motivación de los mismos, analizar la situación del clima organizacional o ambiente de trabajo, del mismo modo velar que haya una buena productividad para hacer crecer la empresa.

No pasó mucho tiempo cuando fui a inscribirme en el tecnológico para estudiar (de nuevo) finalmente, 💖😁 Organización Empresarial. La cara de felicidad que tenía en ese momento era indescriptible y se me quedaban viendo extraño porque ya tenia la sonrisa súper congelada😁así. Jajaja , en cuestión de nada llegó el día de mi segundo acto de graduación, porque ya tenía muchas materias aprobadas de mi primera carrera. Fue en ese instante cuando me convencí que el que quiere, puede!! Hay que ir detrás de los sueños y nunca quedarse dormidos, a pesar de que me tocó estudiar de noche porque ya me encontraba trabajando, lo logré✨🙏⭐ además de la carrera, estudié también un diplomado de Psicología Laboral y competitividad Organizacional.

El año pasado también tuve la oportunidad de hacer un curso de: Motivación y superación personal, además de un taller de ¿Cómo hacer una sesión de coaching?✅ Es un tema que amo y no se los puedo negar, me da mucho placer el ayudar a las personas para su bienestar💖.
Last year I also had the opportunity to take a course on: Motivation and personal improvement, as well as a workshop on How to do a coaching session? ✅ It is a subject that I love and I cannot deny it, it gives me great pleasure to help to people for their well-being💖.
Hay que arriesgarse, vencer nuestros temores, esforzarnos e ir por la vida con mucha humildad, porque es muy bonito y motivador leer o escuchar historias reales donde cumplen sus metas, pero también se vale iluminar el mundo de los demás, para que también se proyecten y tengan la oportunidad de crecer tanto en lo personal como profesional, si practican un oficio o #Emprendimiento , ⭐ si nos unimos con un corazón sincero para dejar huellas bonitas seguro de esa manera cambiariamos la vida de muchas personas positivamente, como se los dije en mi post anterior, el sol sale para todos.
