For today's actifit, I divided my workouts. I use the treadmill before I had my lunch then went swimming a few hours after. Then tonight I workout with weights, focusing in glutes. Am about to use the sauna so I have to make this quick before I it gets very hot in there, I don't want turn into a toast! 😂✌️

You really do many things huh wow! Well, as for me I got to go out to the nature and spent maybe more than an hour in the woods to find dry wood for making fire. It was a pretty satisfying activity. :)
