Three Species of Mushrooms I Found in Oil Palm Plantations.
Hello Fungi lovers friends, how are you today, I hope you are in good health and other activities are carried out by God Almighty.
Today I can come back here to present some pictures of mushrooms that I got while hunting for pictures in a forest located in a local community's oil palm plantation.
Friends, when I arrived at the location, I found a type of white round mushroom, this type of mushroom is very unique, you can see it in the picture I uploaded.
Some scientists call this mushroom Lycoperdon perlatum, some people call this mushroom durian mushroom.
Then after I took some pictures of the first mushroom I looked for other mushrooms and after a while of searching I found the Galiella rufa mushroom growing on the roots of rotting wood.
This type of mushroom has a very strange shape, its color is grayish-black. In Aceh it is commonly called the Boh Lumo mushroom. If stepped on, will emit a disgusting thick black liquid.
Below are some pictures that I uploaded about these mushrooms, you can see them below.
Then I found a third mushroom known as the scurfy twiglet mushroom which is brown in color and is also categorized as a gill mushroom. I found it growing on a dead and rotting banana tree.
In my opinion, this third type of mushroom is already familiar to the local community, because usually this mushroom can grow anywhere, not necessarily on certain trees.
Friends, those are the three types of mushrooms that I found while hunting for photos in a forest located in an oil palm plantation that day, these three species can be seen in the image I uploaded here.
