Taste Testing My Own Cookies On A Lil Night Cap

It could not get any better right hahaha doing a taste test of my own cookies by myself. Perfect match for my hot cup of coffee. I got just a piece for me because these I loaded with more choco chips. By the way these are oatmeal cookies which I finished baking few minutes ago and before I go to bed a little night cap won't hurt.

Like the usual I made these with the help of my reliable friend, YouTube hahaha. It's easy finding information nowadays isn't it? I must say there's a ton of online information but it takes due diligence searching, discovering and proving which are the legit or really helpful ones. Here I made chunky and a bit bigger oatmeal cookies. I should be making them a little thinner and smaller in diameter next time. I don't think there is ever a hint of oatmeal taste in there. Not sure why? Should I add more next time, leave your comments below.

I spread some peanut butter on top of course I like it am a lover of this spread and will definitely use it again on the next batch.

I am happy despite the tiring experience and effort. Like I said finding the right information is difficult and that ate up most of my time today. The result I am not fully satisfied as I had mentioned a few questions above. Next move is find answers and keep searching. I have all the time I need now that we are still under quarantine.
