DAY 3: FOX & BURLARJ GO AGAIN 🤗🤗

Phew🤤🤤🤤🤤😪😪😪, we have gone and we are back to our humble abode, today is the third day of our fitness program and I am sure most people understand what I meant by fitness program, I meant this is the third day of us taking gyming training and classes...

The last two days has been very hard and painful for us and to be honest it got to a point where I almost started crying after we were given a very difficult training to do and at the end of the day I couldn't move neither could I stand up from that particular position, I was just sitting down on the floor because of the pains...

I couldn't lift anything heavy, I was spending all my day on my bed, I couldn't even walk to the kitchen to prepare breakfast not to talk more of eating, I was taking more of fast food and energy drinks before I could be able to get some sleep...

I had to nurse the pain throughout the weekend with more determination to get better and back on my two feet by today and guess what???, today was much more better compared to last week, I actually felt more relaxed and calm while taking today's training, it was like my body was starting to adapt to the pain and it was now reducing bit by bit but not totally gone...

I could bend down easily unlike last week where I couldn't even move a muscle, I could dance and move my hips better and it was at this moment I knew my body is starting to adapt to the pain that comes with this rigorous exercises...

I was feeling much more better compared to last week same as @burlarj too, he walked in majestically into the gym earlier this morning even after knowing he is late lol, I asked him what held him up and he told me he had to jog a bit to shake some pain off for today and I could see the jogging truly worked because he was bouncing in the gym earlier today...

In no time we started the rigorous part of the training and to my greatest surprise it was a mixed program, this consist of leg programs, arm programs and abs programs, at first it was very hectic and hard but as we started going further into the training with songs and boom player as our company, in no time it became interesting as we were now training in pairs and that made it quite competitive and fun...

Burlarj was doing very well just as I was doing also, we were now getting the programs easily and that made our coach happy as he kept on applying pressure on the exercises to test our limits, it was very interesting and fun...

We did jumping Jax, knee tap, push up, weight lifting and many more in different styles, burl and I did the given exercises more than the last time as it was now starting to be a part of us, we were smiling from ears to mouth in happiness and pains but the goal was to keep going and not stopping...

We did 2-3 hours straight rigorous exercises and then we had some time to rest and vibe to songs before changing into a different program meant for the seniors/oldies🤣...

Our gym instructors were all over the place as they were giving each other different exercises to do including sit-ups, push-up and some other hard ones that could prove to be very risky for newbies like us lol, we just stood and kept watching them from afar with our cold bottle water hehe...

It was very fun and interesting to see them changing programs in a flash and that made the atmosphere more lively and productive...

In summary, today was less hectic and stressful but it was filled with rigorous exercises and to be honest we truly enjoyed ourselves and also the programs we did...

In conclusion, I look forward to seeing what tomorrow has installed for us, tomorrow's exercise might be life threatening lol but I believe we will be able to do it and get our desired result, the goal is to be fit in all aspect...
