The last couple of days have been quite rough and tough for me but i am someone who doesn't give up, i try to control my emotions and feeling, instead of sulking in my shell, i would rather continue fighting until i find myself a solution to my problems..

I have given my best and it seems my best is not enough and i am slowly getting tired, the old me would give up but the current me is looking for every means possible to solve my challenges...

Man is growing through a lot, the smile you see on the face of many is fake, beneath the smiley face and the make up, there is a lot of thing suping beneath that face which on a normal day would make many cry but they prefer to be a SURVIVOR than a LOOSER..

Thinking i am the only one facing a lot, i met my long time friend two days ago and after seeing him, i looked at myself and thank GOD for my life and situation, i am still wearing new clothes, eating and doing things i like, i saw my friend and i realized that there is a lot going on in his life....

We have been friends for a long time and back then he was a cool and friendly dude but change of location made us separate and we also lost each other's contact and we met unexpectedly two days ago...

We couldn't talk for a long time but we talked for about an hour before he went for his shift, part of our conversation was him telling me he has about 3 jobs he is doing, a tailor, a factory worker and a server in different events...

He is the first child of his parents, he told me how he has been working to support his parents and siblings through school, i couldn't say much to him because i understood his position, thinking i am the only one going through a lot, i realized mine was just a tip of the iceberg...

We talked for an hour and we eventually departed, i collected his contact because he is my friend and i still want to be in contact with him..

There is this popular saying that goes like this:

"THE PERSON WHOM YOU ARE WILLING TO HELP AND ASSIST IS YOUR FRIEND"..

Lolz dont mind me, i am not good with yoruba proverbs interpretation, we bade each other farewell and i remembered when i was like that too and even till now but there is a huge DIFFERENCE, i was touched and i felt like sooner or later there will be testimony for him, i encouraged him with my words and hug...

In conclusion, i will say it every time, if you know someone close to you going through tough times, if you are close to them or far from them, your words of encouragement will go a long way and also don't forget to give them a "HUG" and tell them "ALL WILL BE WELL" with a smile...
