Día de caminata ( Engl/ Esp)

Hola amigos, este domingo fuimos de caminata, a escuchar los pajaritos y despejar la mente un ratico, cómo también hacer un poco de ejercicio, la verdad si me cansé es un poco inclinado y pues, eso me cansa. Bueno a quien no si estamos constantemente sentado, al frente de un computador.
Pero acá vamos de a poco empezando de nuevo . A estar mejor en la salud y hacer cositas que nos gusta . Complicado cuando nos quedamos en casa esperando que hacer . Teniendo tantas maravillas para ir a ver . No te quedes tanto en la casa y sal a recorrer el mundo. Así sea un pedacito de el .
