It is hard to find a person who loves sweets and whose tongue does not water at the sight of Rasmalai. Today, I bring to you that magical taste of pure milk syrup and soft fluffy chickpea balls. Which will take you back to the memories of a childhood sweet shop with every bite. The bowls of rosmalai in this picture are actually a popular arrangement from Bikrampur Sweets Store. The specialty of the rasmalai here is its balance of thick milk and relatively low sweetness, which adds a different dimension to the taste. The tradition of sweets in Bikrampur is very old and the touch of that tradition is evident in each bowl.
