Homemade fuchka festival at the behest of my daughter.

Today was a little different. Since morning, the cloudy sky and the sound of the rain had made my mind so bored. After noon, my beloved daughter suddenly asked me Mom I haven't eaten fuchka for a long time, let's make some fuchka today. There was no way I couldn't help but look at my daughter's face. Although it was raining outside, the magic of my hands and the joy of fulfilling my daughter's wish pulled me into the kitchen.

Luckily, I had all the ingredients for making fuchka at home. I immediately mixed flour and semolina and made the fuchka dough. Then I made small round balls of luchi and fried them in hot oil. How beautifully the fuchkas were bubbling These golden brown, crunchy fuchkas proved that they would be no less delicious than the ones from the store. Then it was the turn of making puri and tamarind sour cream.

I made a delicious potato puri with potatoes, chickpeas, green chillies, coriander leaves and various spices. And I made a delicious tamarind tamarind with tamarind, beetroot salt, chaat masala, fried cumin powder and lemon juice. My daughter was watching the whole process of making fuchka with great interest. Sometimes she would clap her hands when the fuchka was boiling while frying it, and sometimes she would make strange faces when adding green chillies to the potato puri.

Finally, everything was ready. I arranged the fuchkas on a plate. A hole was made in the middle of the fuchkas and filled it with potato puri and thick red tamarind tamarind tamarind was spread on top. When the dark red tamarind falls on the light yellow crispy fuchkas, it looks tempting. Some coriander leaves can also be seen next to the fuchkas.

The expression on my daughter's face when she first put the fuchka in her mouth was worth seeing. Closing her eyes, a strange smile of satisfaction spread across her face. She was eating one fuchka after another and saying, Mom, these are tastier than the ones from the store‌I felt like all my hard work was worth it. My daughter's satisfied smile and the joy of eating fuchka made by me made this day memorable. These small moments are the real beauty of life. This homemade fuchka festival on a rainy day was a wonderful experience for all of us.
