Mouth watering fuchka.

Bengalis mean chat, and chat means a gathering of sweet and savory food on the roadside. The atmosphere this afternoon was completely different. I went to our favorite fuchka shop with my friends on a whim. When the plate arrived on the table, believe me, half of my heart was filled with its aroma. The crispy fuchka spread across the plate, the fried jhuri spread on top, and the coating of boiled egg all together make for a wonderful sight.

As you can see in our picture, the spicy dal filling inside the fuchka and the famous taur jal. The aroma of raw chili, coriander leaves and lemon gives the entire plate a unique dimension. Fuchka is a food that not only satisfies the stomach but also the mind. The mixture of spices and sour water creates a different feeling with every bite. For those who love spicy food, this chatti or fuchka is a true love. The joy of eating sour-spicy fuchka while chatting with friends is unique.
