Yesterday, during my break from work, I decided to eat something a little different. I went out of my home cooking and brought a Rooster Polao from the restaurant. The aroma spread all around from the moment I opened the packet. It was as beautiful to look at as it was to eat. The polao rice was neat and long.

The balanced use of spices was clearly visible in each rice. The rooster meat was cooked so beautifully that it seemed to melt as soon as I put it in my mouth. The spices penetrated very well even into the inner part of the meat. The taste of the food was doubled by having a piece of potato with it.
