When the gentle light of the morning enters the house through the window, waking up and having a plate of food prepared by yourself becomes the key to the tranquility of the whole day. The satisfaction of simple home-made food is more satisfying than the fancy food of the restaurant outside. Today, I woke up and wanted to prepare my own breakfast. What else! I entered the kitchen and started preparing to make steaming hot parathas.

The crunchiness of the paratha and its serving on a white and red plate—this is a strange pleasure. Then I fried eggs. When the egg fried with onions, chilies and coriander leaves was being fried in a pan, its fragrance spread throughout the room. And there was dal bhaji.
