Happy new month to y'all; I trust you are doing great. It's a good time to share thought, ideas and perception about a concept ☺️ and I believe that as usual, you'll ride with me to the end.

During my early days, although my days on Earth I've not really been long, 😁 I've heard that a woman cannot be a CEO of a company with reasons that sounds true but are truly excuses, I thought...

It was in a conversation within a group of friends where I was oppourtuned to be part because I loved sitting out with my cousin and his group of friends. It was a ladies centered discussion where they took turns to express themselves, contributing their perception to the place of a lady in the society.

The first mentioned that if a woman multitask, she'll be ineffective in keeping the home which is her outstanding responsibility; he said, the other mentioned that he prefers placing his wife on a monthly salary while she's stays at home as a full house wife, ensuring that his children receives appropriate and proper moral upbringing.

The last person commented that it's impossible for a woman to raise and train her children and also function effectively as a CEO of a company seeing that the office needs capacity and moreover equally time consuming. He explained further that the responsibilities of a man at home is less, making him fit for such capacity and that he will not like to expose his wife because she might be tempted to become unfaithful as she'll be meeting person of class, prestige and Influence. He concluded by saying that if a woman eventually becomes a CEO, a part of her major responsibility will be deficient.

His points struck me... because then, I didn't know whether or not his point was true and I grew hoping that the female gender will have more opportunities to explore beyond their limitations.

The attitude towards women began to change in the 20th century, although there were still projections on where and what they should be including homemaking and childbearing. The few women that broke out were seen as disrespectful, rebellious and irresponsible but with time, through enlightenment, education and gender equality policies, people began to accept the capabilities of a woman.

Women were known to be weak vessels and were underestimated by the society. Education for Instance with the power of scientific research has found that women are the most smart and intelligent gender, contributing positively to the way the society perceive the female gender.

Women were given opportunities to serve in capacities of influence and authority that weren't possible Initially and they were able to joggle their responsibilities effectively. If there is any gender that can multitask, it's the female gender.☺️🥰 The only thing a woman cannot do is to Impregnate!🤣🤣
