New Hair Color and Birthday Celebrations

We celebrated these two lovely ladies' birthdays in Seoul.

Nope, we did not go to Seoul, South Korea. We dined at Seoul Premium Korean Grill Cuisine Restaurant in SM Seaside Mall. For some reason, I have been frequently visiting this mall.

Before our dinner, we had a pretty long day. I promised a close friend that I would accompany her to her hair rebonding appointment.

We visited this salon where my friend has been a customer for years. There are only the 2 of us here since we booked the whole day and the place can only accommodate 2 at a time.

I only did hair color, and I was done in less than two hours. This time, I went with a dark gray with higlights, and the hairstylist decided to curl it for the day.

I'm happy with the way my hair turned out.

My friend, on the other hand, completed a full treatment that took her nearly 9 hours!

I could not complain since I already knew it would take time and I promised to be with her today.

While I waited for her to finish, I attempted to invite our group of friends to join us for dinner, saying it would also be a good time to celebrate their birthdays. Two of them will be celebrating their birthdays soon. We had to celebrate when we could because our schedules did not coincide, and that day was ideal.

We decided on a Samgyupsal place. It's a Korean restaurant. Samgyupsal refers to grilled pork belly. This is an "eat all you can" restaurant. You can get refills on everything. Haha 😁

Prices for pork are 500 pesos and 600 pesos if you add beef. Everything is limitless.

The restaurant appears to be a typical Korean Samgyupsal establishment, but it is quite spacious and has a high ceiling. Excellent for families and groups.

If you want to try a Korean barbecue restaurant, I highly recommend this one.

My eyes just turned heart-shaped when the food arrived, haha. I absolutely love Korean food, and just the sight of it on the table makes me happy and eager to eat it. We had a fun night at the restaurant. We made sure the meat was fully cooked because one of the celebrants was pregnant.

We looked around for a sweet dessert after dinner. Unfortunately, we were unable to find anything that we liked. We ended up going to the grocery store to get some groceries. 😊

That was a long day for me, and since I was full, I got a very good night's sleep that night. Dinner with friends always puts me in a good mood.
