This time, I don't have a story to tell other than to take advantage of the opportunity and express my thoughts on a subject. For a while now, every Friday at the gym has been dedicated to Yoga, unlocking our essence. I'm not really knowledgeable about this topic yet, at least not enough to give a proper lecture. It simply piqued my interest, and I've begun research on the subject.

I have titled this collage 🌌🔮REALM OF THE UNSEEN🔮🌌 to give you a glimpse of what I think happens around us daily. When I saw the picture of this lovely city, I zoomed in closer to see what was going on around the environment [Life happening] as to is all too easy to get carried away in this vast modern world. Are these residents aware of the balance we need and the unseen forces that surround us?.

According to a published Article by Mick in July 2020, He defines the term chakra as the energy wheel that circles our bodies. Mick goes on to list them as;

❤️- The Root Chakra, this represents stability and security, once unlocked, one feels fearless and safe.

🉑- The Sacral Chakra which deals with out Sexuality and Creativity. It promotes ones creativity and improves sex life once unlocked.

💛- The Solar Plexus Chakra, Unlocking this chakra helps us feel self-assured, and in charge of our lives. Living a purpose driven life.

💚- The Heart Chakra , You often wonder why some people are just lovable, always joyful and positive? well they have knowingly or unknowingly unlocked this Chakra. This Chakra is the source of our compassion and love. It improves our ability to love and provides us inner peace.

💙- The Throat Chakra , Unlocking this chakra promotes honesty and the ability to speak the truth. You have more freedom to express yourself.

🔵- The Third Eye Chakra, this is an interesting and important Chakra, ever needed discernment? then unlocking this brings about wisdom and very beneficial to mental wellness.

🎀- The Crown Chakra, this chakra helps us connect with our spirit being. It makes us conscious of out spirituality and results in purity of our minds.

Unseen forces surround us, and these forces, whether good or bad, Influence our day. To comprehend and align with them, we must first understand the significance of our life's chakras.

I believe that no knowledge is wasted, and that God put everything in place to assist us live a purposeful life irrespective of the forces that may fight for or against us. Meditation, like the Monks, can help us awaken these gifts.

😆I struggled alot with this collage, but it was all fun, discovery and practice in the end. 🎨The LIL GALLERY provided me with lovely items to create this art collage as did the whitelist sites. I'm hoping you enjoy the theme as much as I did❤️
