Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared Cumin-Chilli Roasted Peas, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the Sweet Dish.

Ingredients

  • Carrot ( 4 kg )
  • Milk ( 1 kg )
  • Fresh Cream ( 1 kg )
  • Oil ( 1 cup )
  • Sugar ( 200 g )

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a sweet dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

First, I washed the carrots well, peeled them, and grated them.
Then I put them in a pot, roasted them for a while, and then added Fresh Cream to it and started cooking it.

Now I added milk to it and then cooked it and I kept cooking it until all the milk was completely dry.

Now I added sugar to it and mixed it, added oil to it and roasted it for a while.
So here this carrot halwa is completely ready.

The gentle sweetness and soft texture melt in your mouth, while the slow-cooked carrots bring a deep, warm flavor.


Final Look:

Made with finely ground carrots, fresh cream, milk, and just the right touch of sugar, every bite feels rich, smooth, and beautifully balanced.
