two white UFOs on a deadwood

Hello mushroom lovers and good hivers!
I bring a little mushroom treasure for you. Look!

Last week was not good for us, in terms of weather (rains, rains, rains... and just a dozen minutes of sun every day) -- but it was good for mushrooms. Nature is a well-balanced thing, after hot sunny days it knows the soil need a rain. So, yesterday and today I constantly was looking around my site watching for the fresh fungi. And discovered nothing! Was a bit frustrated, but considered they just need a bit more time to grow. More precisely, they are already growing -- it is me, needing a bit more time to notice them, when they become bigger and more noticeable.

Thats why I arrived to #fungifriday not being overburden with new stuff, and was considering to post something more or less recent. And then, today I stepped into the site of our neighbours (semi-abandoned, as they dont visit it), which has no trees and thus unattractive to me, in terms of harvesting mushrooms. AND... there was a pile of deadwood in the corner of the site, and one of the rotten logs was decorated with two very intriguing mushrooms. (The log was long, I think 3-4 meters, and its other end also had two same mushrooms! but very old and rotten, they become the prey of worms long ago).

Look, these white caps were hard to miss. And fortunately I noticed them, after which I gave up my business (I worked a lot with a shovel and a bucket today, hehe) and spent a lot of time on my knees and lying on my belly, leading a round dance and generally taking strange poses around these mushrooms. (It is a pity there was no one to photograph ME at this moment).

The fact is they grew up at a spot extremely unsuccessfully for taking pics, on one side they were enclosed by the wall of the barn, on another two sides enclosed by boards and trees ... I found it difficult to approach closely and choose a good angle for shooting. I took a few pics, and waited for the evening to come, when the magic hour began to illuminate them from the fourth side :) and finally I took photos that I was happy with. By that time, I had two assistants - specialists in the revitalization of photography: two cute little slugs.

Я также обнаружил, что самое интересное и красивое в этих грибах -- пластинчатая изнанка их шляпки. На ней я далее и фокусировался.

A proper angle for the shoot means a lot, isnt it? This one doesnt underline the beauty of this shrroom.

I picked two other rotten mushrooms (more precisely: what was left of them) in order to photograph in good lighting, but there was already almost nothing to photograph there, only contented, well-fed worms. There were at least 3 dozen worms - apparently, the mushroom turned out to be both tasty and healthy.

Here we come to the edibility question ... and the identification of this fungus. All these ordinary shrooms with a grilled white cap are quite similar to each other, I definitely have no idea what it was (its definitely not a Dryads saddle, as their cap does not have grills).
