magic vitality seeds (photo52)
my entry to '52 weeks' contest by @wwwiebe
( the initial post & rules , all 52 prompts, this week entry )
This week had a teasing prompt: 'Life', and I do have something unique and intresting, that you dont stumble upon everyday, you can not plan to visit and capture it... On the other hand, the plot is quite trivial, and probably my photo do not reflect all the greatness of the moment and my feelings.
Amazing Nature challenge
This scene perfectly fits to @adalger's challenge, so I post it to this community. And here I urge all good Hiveans: do not repeat past mistakes, let's post content to the dedicated groups, this is a better future for us all (even if its less upvotes and curation). Let's make our Hive home more enjoyable for inhabiting.
I could add more captures to my post to solidify my chances for a fat upvotes, but basically, all captures of this looked pretty much the same, adding nothing new to the image above.
taken with Canon 350D +50mm 1.4
I cannot resist to temptation to add a photo of the same seeds used in more conventional way, though xD
Which of them you'd like most, I wonder?..

To eat the ones from the pack.
To look at the ones higher :)
exactly! best choices in each category. and better not to mix all in one pot ))))
Oh, yes! I have seen this happening and it is truly a wonder!
How awesome is that! It's like a carnivorous, cannibalistic group of little seeds eating on their own mom to grow! 😂 It looks like it might come from a horror movie, but it looks fantastic! What an incredible find. They want to live!
yeah, a bit like that. not a funny sight at all, a bit scary, and you explained well - why. (same motives of death attached to the life, as in @bambuka's post).
Impatient sprouts, hehe, but super beautiful ones. The pictures came out really good, some great macros @qwerrie ^^
thanks! it wasnt really a macro -- I used casual everyday 50mm lens (had nothing else by that time in my arsenal).
But you managed to get some sharp and good resolved pictures out of it ^^ Must be your skill, hehe .. Is the Canon 350D as good as the D50 Mark 2 for that ?
Love the entry going for the vote
Have a great weekend
danke!
Full of energy, more useful than meat.
Most unusual, hope you were able to use them. Pumpkin seed are expensive to buy, when you are fortunate to find them. Perhaps best is to buy the whole pumpkin and dry seeds for oneself.
Never seen pumpkin seed seeding inside the pumpkin itself, well done on macro-photography.
