Hi Hive-Engine, What happened with my CBM tokens?

Few days ago(almost 15), I cashed out some 1358 CBM tokens from Crypto Brewmaster game that I earned by playing the game over an period of time.
After cashing out my tokens from game interface, I decided to sell them in Hive-Engine to get some SWAP.Hive for it.

So I promptly placed sell order of 1000 CBM. (I am little patient and wait for someone to buy my coins ,instead of dumping them)

https://he.dtools.dev/@r1s2g3 is my go to place to check by buy-sell transaction on daily basis for Hive tokens.

Today morning ,I was checking Hive-Engine to check that how many tokens are unsold, I was surprised that I do not have any open order for selling CBM tokens.

Now this is utter surprise because according to https://he.dtools.dev/ , i have sold 75.493+32.164+72+100+27.064 =306.721 CBM only
It also do not show that sell order is closed, so I should definitely having 693.279 CBM left in sell order.
Since sell order is just 15 days old so there is no question of expiring also.

My very first reaction is that I lost these CBM in some internal maintenance of Hive-engine when an idea struck into my mind to check it into another explorer of Hive-engine.

I remembered that there is another explorer for Hive-Engine i.e https://hive-engine.rocks and I started back tracking all my transaction when I stumbled on fifth page ( https://hive-engine.rocks/@r1s2g3?page=5)

By seeing highlighted it shows that "pleo1542" purchased 540.190 and 153.089 CBM from me in 2 transactions.
Now 540.190+153.089 = 693.279 CBM that is exact value that https://he.dtools.dev has no track of it.

Feedback for Hive-Engine team

Team has done great job in creating a secondary layer in Hive and it is really versatile by offering Diesel pools and NFT in tribaldex interface but still it is not an acceptable that "Explorer" that is listed in Hive-Engine site misses the transaction as such.
I am banking on Hive and Hive-Engine future and really like to see a very robust explorer for it.

You should open a ticket on this and hopefully, they will be able to return your funds. Besides that, you have created a great tutorial on how others investigate issues with their transactions. I have a ticket opened with Splinterlands where 75 SPS tokens vanished when claiming, might have a similar source as not committing the transaction on hive-engine, but waiting for a resolution on that at the moment.

I did not lose tokens (when I see second explorer ,it is recording sell transaction of those also) but it is not acceptable that their "official" explorer do no capture all transactions. They really need to work on it.
