I Missed The Examination.

There are times when I become very grateful to Jah for some of the mistakes I have made. There is no doubt that I will regret my actions but I will still be filled with joy that I will learn from it and I will never repeat that same mistake. At the same time, there are so many things that I have done and I cannot recover or regain what I have lost because of the mistake that I have made. Who loves mistake? No one but we just have to move on and learn from whatever mistake that we have made.

I am someone who is very hardworking but there are times when I will be very lazy and I will feel so reluctant to do everything that I am supposed to do. It would have been better if I am lazy but there is one bad habit that I have. I don't know how to manage time. Well, I'm trying and I think I'm improving. Time management is very important and it is something that everyone of us should learn if we want to be successful. Successful people know how to manage their time very well.

At first, I did not know that I lacked the skill of time management until my friends told me. I began to observe myself and I realized that it was true but before I realized that, I already made a very big mistake in my life but I'm grateful that it is still something that can be corrected.

During my University days, we were asked to get to school very early in the morning to submit our receipt for the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria. As a snail that I am, I woke up very early but I finished dressing up very late. I still walked slow and quietly to school because of my slow nature.

When I got to school, I realized that the man collecting the receipts had already gone to submit them to the council and there was no way I could write the exam again. I felt very bad and that was what helped me to manage my time very fast.

My mates were able to write the examination and they all came out in flying colours. If I had written the examination too, I'm sure that I will come out in flying colours because I'm very brilliant but I could not write it because of time. Now, my mates have the certificate and I don't have it. I'd have to wait for the next batch which may be after four months from now.

Presently, I'm working towards something and I'll be needing the certificate soon. I just hope that I am able to get the certificate before it is being requested from me.

I know there are so many lucky people who waste time a lot but have never had any kind of experience like the one that I just wrote here. I just hope it does not happen to you and I hope you learn from my story.
