In The Hands Of Kidnappers…

The situation of the Nigerian economy is messed up and everyone needs to survive by all means. That’s why you see so many people engaging in things that they are not supposed to which is quite unfortunate. Also, one way people feel they could easily get out of poverty is by engaging in kidnapping and that’s why we’ve got so many people who are into it these days. They believe that when they kidnap people, they should be able to get ransom.
In Nigeria today, kidnapping is one of the most alarming situations and the government is expected to do something about it but it is sad that some of these government officials are also being kidnapped.

That’s to know how much or how unsafe the country is so everyone needs to be careful and watch their backs. Unfortunately, the rich ones are not the only ones being kidnapped now. The poor ones are also being kidnapped and if you don’t have enough money to bail out your friend or family member, it is likely for such person to be killed.

Imagine how I was kidnapped and dumped by the road after 25minutes, what would you think I told them?

It is usually said that we should not say negative things to ourselves when we are in a temporary situation but there are times when you just have to be crazy about it.
If I ever get kidnapped, I’d think of two things. That’s because most kidnappers usually end up requesting for money and some people were so unfortunate that some parts of their bodies were caught maybe used for ritual purpose or sold to others for one purpose or the other.

What would I say to them?
I’d tell them about my family background and if possibly tell them how much money I earn monthly so they’d know they can only get little or nothing from me. I’d even make sure I reduce the amount I earn when telling them. Also, I’d beg them to leave me alone or take all my belongings like phone, bag or others so they can just let me go.

Secondly, I’d tell them lies that I’m a sickler and my kidneys are bad so if they decide to rip off my kidneys, they won’t get paid for a bad kidney. I’d just make sure that I give them excuses about every part of my body so they will know that I’m totally useless for them and they can’t make anything good from me.

Also, this third part depends on the kind of kidnappers because some of them can be so merciless. I may tell them that I’m not loved at home so if they decide to request for money, it is possible for my parents to tell them to take me away and that’s just to show them that they can’t get anything from me.
As you all know, I save the best for the last so I’d beg them with the name of the Lord and maybe pray for them so they’d leave me alone.

How did I know all these scopes?

That’s because I’m a Nigerian and I know how crazy we can be. I know a few things that these kidnappers will like to hear and release me very fast. Nigerians ain’t normal, lol so you gotta be wise.
