Saying Goodbye Seem Difficult.

Everyone of us have something that seem difficult for we all to do. Some of us find it difficult to talk in public, some of us find it difficult to forgive people and so many other things that we humans find difficult to do.
As for me, one thing I find difficult to is letting go of something. I’m someone who finds it difficult to let go of something or someone I’m very much used to. It may be a friend or even something that is really personal to me. This is why I usually fall sick whenever I lose something that is very much dear to me because I may never in my life get to see such a thing again.

It’s crazy because a human being should always realize that life goes on no matter what happens even though it must have hurt us very much. Life is full of ups and downs which means that we should always expect anything to happen at any time and even if we do not expect it, if it eventually happens, we should live with it. I’ve suffered about three heartbreaks from
my exes and I usually end up begging them because I never want them to leave even though they are treating me bad. Isn’t it crazy? Why beg someone who does not want you anymore? Why beg someone who has even treated you very bad? It’s crazy but I usually do that out of love and also for the fact that I will miss them and I don’t ever want to lose them. It’s so difficult for me and saying goodbye to something or someone is already becoming my greatest fear.

Anyway, I’m trying my best to stop it. The good thing is that I have been able to identify my problem so what I need to do is how to solve the problem. I’m now trying to teach myself and also put in my head that anything can happen at anytime and anyone can leave me at anytime. It’s just the same as me because I can wake up tomorrow and decide to also say goodbye to someone. If I can do that to someone, such can be done to me too so I should not be surprised at all.

Also, I’m trying to make sure that I don’t depend too much on people. I’m a very clingy person be it in a romantic or normal friendship. So I’m trying to limit how clingy I can be so that I don’t have to fall sick or be extremely pained when someone says goodbye to me. This is difficult but I’m working towards it and I hope I achieve what I want.
