The soothing power of nature: Wednesday Walk at a neighboring park.
There's no denying that I adore nature, one of my greatest joys in life is looking at nature, which always makes me feel calmer and happy.
But, and I'm sure I'm not alone, I don't spend nearly as much time outside as I'd like, owing to the fact that I have to work as well as attend to certain taxing life activities.
I took a walk today after work and honestly nature on its own is therapeutic because I felt so alive and happy in the moment 😊. Although I had thing to attend to, I made up my mind to unwind and rest from all of life pressures today by talking a work around a neighbor park.
I took lots of pictures that made me happy but my favorite one is the picture of this coconut tree and honestly this is worthy to be my wallpaper for a long time.
As humans our intimate link to the natural world, as well as nature's impact on our health, creativity, and happiness, has been proven in studies. To increase our personal and societal well-being, we should incorporate more green places into our lives.
To put it another way, I believe there is something special about the whole experience of nature that is restorative, beyond the sum of its individual parts.
We’re sensational beings, or at least we were created to be, and when you open all the doors, the real magic happens, literally and figuratively.
I went with a dear friend to make my walk more interesting, we talked about life, love, career, as well as all we plan to achieve before the year runs out.
I love the shadow pictures we took, because shadows express deeper meanings to this world, it shows there's more to a picture or something.
I saw a very mysterious tree with lots of roots running deep and wide, extremely fascinating.
According to research, nature has the ability to boost or decrease our stress levels, which has an impact on our bodies.
What you see, hear, and experience at any one time affects not only your mood, but also your neurological, endocrine, and immune systems.
An unfavorable environment's stress might make you feel nervous, depressed, or helpless. As a result, your blood pressure, heart rate, and muscular tension rise, while your immune system is suppressed. A pleasant environment has the opposite effect.
We should enjoy nature regardless of our age or culture.
Nature has a lot soothing benefits, every one deserves to experience it.
Thank you for reading my post.
I hope this inspires you to go out more and witness the power of nature.
All the images are mine and were taken with my phone.
5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. I bet we can get to the sources of V2K and RNM then. https://peakd.com/gangstalking/@acousticpulses/electronic-terrorism-and-gaslighting--if-you-downvote-this-post-you-are-part-of-the-problem
I am glad you were able to find some time for a walk in Nature and what a beautiful area
