Today is Wednesday, 15 April 2026 and I am back again for what has become one of my favourite weekly rituals 💪🔥

But I don't just power up one token anymore. A while back, I decided to combine three things into one routine, and honestly, it just made everything feel more intentional and more fun.

I call it:

HEARTBEAT ❤️ | ALIVE 💚 | TOOFUCKEH 🔥

Three tokens. One mission. Stack a little every week and watch it grow.

I stake ALIVE — the token of the WE ARE ALIVE TRIBE

I stake HEARTBEAT — the reward and income token of the same tribe

I stake TOOFUCKEH — the problem-solving token of THE #PEPT GAME PROJECT

Together they make H.A.T., and together they keep me building week after week.

This week I staked 148.5961 ALIVE tokens. Not a huge number, maybe, but consistent staking is what actually builds something real over time. I did it every week last year, and I am not stopping now.
