¡Hola hermosas bellezas de esta comunidad! 💃🏻💕 Extrañaba pasar por aquí y compartirles cosas que sólo nosotras las mujeres experimentamos.

Como lo notan en mi título, hoy les quiero hacer mención sobre una de las prendas íntimas femeninas que más detesto y el porqué de ese motivo.

As you can see in my title, today I want to mention one of the female undergarments that I hate the most and the reason why.

El sostén (como lo llaman aquí en mi país), quien en otros países también es llamado, brasier o sujetador, efectivamente es la prenda que más detesto ponerme.

Hay muchas cosas que como mujeres callamos, que a veces nos incomodan pero no solemos hacer ningún tipo de comentarios, como también en otros casos, alzamos la voz en modo protesta y gritamos todo lo que nos acontece.

Resulta que cada vez que llego a mi casa, lo primero que despojo de todo lo que traigo encima es inmediatamente el sostén, sí, el sostén es lo primero que sale volando lejos de mí, cuando llego a casa.

The bra (as they call it here in my country), which in other countries is also called bra or bra, is indeed the garment that I hate to wear the most.

There are many things that as women we keep quiet, that sometimes make us uncomfortable but we do not usually make any comments, as well as in other cases, we raise our voices in protest mode and shout everything that happens to us.

It turns out that every time I get home, the first thing I take off everything I have on me is immediately the bra, yes, the bra is the first thing that flies away from me when I get home.

Desde niña nunca me han gustado, por cosas de la vida, era algo que siempre lo decía en mi mente, algo que me incomodaba y que jamás hacía mención de ello, quizá por los prejuicios, tabúes o timidez. 🥺

De niña yo era feliz usando mis franelillas (guarda camisa), tops y camisas sin sostén, pero esa felicidad no duró mucho, ya que a temprana edad comenzaron a ser evidentes mis senos, por un tiempo me jorobaba para que no se notaran. 👀

Aún así, llegó el día que no pude esconderlos más, mi mamá lo notó y me compraron mis primeros sostenes, eran muy bonitos, de hecho, hay bellezas, son hermosos, quedan geniales en nuestras bubis, pero para mí, son incómodos.

Since I was a child I have never liked them, because of life, it was something I always said in my mind, something that made me uncomfortable and I never mentioned it, maybe because of prejudice, taboos or shyness. 🥺

As a child I was happy wearing my flannelillas (shirt-guard), tops and shirts without a bra, but that happiness did not last long, since at an early age my breasts began to be evident, and for a while I used to hump myself so that they would not be noticed. 👀

Even so, the day came when I could not hide them anymore, my mom noticed and bought me my first bras, they were very nice, in fact, there are beauties, they are beautiful, they look great on our breasts, but for me, they are uncomfortable.

Cuando me tocaba comprar mis primeros sostenes, no sabía escoger bien la talla, usarlos muy ajustado no era recomendable, así que los compraba a veces o muy grandes o muy pequeños. Siempre me pasaba lo mismo y nunca terminaban de gustarme.

Hasta que logré comprarlos de mi talla, lo cierto es que he usado de todo tipo, me gusta como se ven, pero no ponérmelos, claro que aquí en mi país no es muy bien visto en su totalidad, además que hay muchos depravados que no disimulan y quieren dejarte los ojos pegados al pecho. 🧐🙄

Así que ni modo, debo seguir usándolos, pero algunas veces salgo sin ellos, ya que hay blusas perfectas que no requieren de su uso y eso me encanta. 🩱👗

When I had to buy my first bras, I didn't know how to choose the right size, wearing them too tight was not recommended, so sometimes I bought them either too big or too small. It was always the same and I never ended up liking them.

Until I managed to buy them in my size, the truth is that I have used all kinds, I like the way they look, but not to wear them, of course here in my country is not very well seen in its entirety, plus there are many depraved people who do not hide and want to leave your eyes glued to your chest. 🧐🙄

So no way, I have to keep wearing them, but sometimes I go out without them, because there are perfect blouses that do not require their use and I love that. 🩱👗

En Estados Unidos, España y otros países con más libertad de expresión es muy común ver mujeres sin sostén, aún no me sentiría con tal libertad de no usarlos más, sí los evito, pero cuando toca, toca.

Lo cierto del caso es que, decir lo que nos gusta o no, es algo que deberíamos hacer libremente, sé que muchas de nosotras llegamos a odiar una prenda femenina o algún accesorio o algo que aunque no queramos, nos toca utilizar o usar y lo hemos callado a veces sin necesidad de hacerlo. 🤐🤷🏻‍♀️

En mi caso, es el sostén, sin duda, no me gusta usarlo y la razón es porque por más marcas, modelos, formas, estilos, que saquen, nunca me hacen sentir cómoda. 🧖🏻‍♀️

In the United States, Spain and other countries with more freedom of expression it is very common to see women without bras, I still wouldn't feel so free not to wear them anymore, I avoid them, but when it's time, it's time.

The truth of the matter is that, saying what we like or not, is something we should do freely, I know that many of us come to hate a female garment or accessory or something that even if we do not want, we have to use or use and we have been silent sometimes without the need to do so. 🤐🤷🏻‍♀️

In my case, it is the bra, without a doubt, I don't like to wear it and the reason is because no matter how many brands, models, shapes, styles, they bring out, they never make me feel comfortable. 🧖🏻‍♀️

He usado con costuras, sin costuras, con tirantes, sin tirantes, con colchoncitos (pucho) por dentro de la copa, que de hecho, son los peores, he usado con bordados y sin ellos, en fin, todo tipo de sostén, hasta los famosos bralet (sin alambres ni copas) que de hecho, son muy sexys y cómodos, pero siempre por alguna razón terminan molestándome.

He usado blusas ajustadas que no requieren de sostén y créanme, es una maravilla, vestidos que no necesitan del uso de un sostén ni de copas, son sensacionales. 🤩

Andar sin ellos, es una libertad plena, de hecho una vez leí un reportaje donde algunas mujeres en España hacían campaña en contra del uso del sostén, salían a protestar sin ellos a la calle.

No llegaría a ese extremo, pero me gustó saber que hay mujeres que exigen y protestan por lo que quieren. 💪🏻

Una vez llegue a casa con mi sobrina, hacía calor en la calle, venía sudada, acalorada, con el sostén pegado a mis pechos, en fin, irritada al 100%, cuando entre a mi habitación metí las manos por debajo de mi blusa y me deshice de ese molestoso sostén. 🌬️👙

En voz alta dije: definitivamente vale, el que inventó esa prenda de ropa interior (el brasier, sostén, sujetador) debió ser alguien que odiaba a las mujeres 🤯, de verdad. Lo dije bien obstinada.🤬

Mi sobrina soltó la risa y me dijo que a ella tampoco le gustaba usarlos pero que ni modo debía hacerlo, se río tanto que terminé riéndome con ella y todo esa molestia se me había pasado. 😂

Las ventajas de usar sostén es que en algunas mujeres de senos holgados, caídos, se los levanta y sujeta en donde deberían estar. También nos cubre los pezones, cosa que muchas veces no nos gusta que se nos note.

Además que si son de senos grandes, les ayudan a mantenerlos sin que les pese tanto. Por ejemplo yo soy de talla mediana, aquí en mi país soy talla 34B y 36A dependiendo del modelo.

Lo que hace que cuando hago ejercicios, es inevitable no usar sostén, debo hacerlo, más si utilizo la cuerda de saltar o me toca trotar o brincar, es súper molesto no usar sostén. Así que tengo que usarlos y eso es una ventaja a favor del sostén.

También para las que son de senos pequeños, usarlos es favorable cuando traen rellenos o esponjas o colchoncitos que ayudan a aumentar el tamaño. 😉

En mi caso, usarlos o no, resulta lo mismo, no altera nada, ni el tamaño ni el lugar, por suerte para mí claro. Por eso mientras pueda no usarlos es mejor.

De hecho, en mi entorno, no he sido la única con esa inconformidad sobre la ropa íntima femenina, he tenido amistades y así como mi sobrina también, que tampoco les gusta usarlos, pero que no nos queda de otra.

Otra gran ventaja del sostén es para las mujeres que han pasado por el cáncer de mama y les ha tocado perder uno de sus senos, el sostén es muy útil para nivelar ambas partes del pecho. ☺️👩‍❤️‍👩

Also for those who have small breasts, using them is favorable when they come with fillers or sponges or small mattresses that help increase the size 😉.

In my case, using them or not, it's the same thing, it doesn't alter anything, neither the size nor the place, fortunately for me of course. So as long as I can not use them, it is better.

In fact, in my environment, I have not been the only one with this nonconformity about women's underwear, I have had friends and my niece too, who do not like to use them either, but we have no choice.

Another great advantage of the bra is for women who have gone through breast cancer and have had to lose one of their breasts, the bra is very useful to level both parts of the breast. ☺️👩❤️👩

Lo cierto es que los bralet, los que no traen copas ni alambres, sino solo tela, bordes y costura, son bastante cómodos, son los que más uso. Pero tampoco se pueden usar en todo.

Otra de las cosas que jamás haría, no sólo porque no quiera, sino porque no puedo, es dormir con sostén, de hecho ahora mencionando las desventajas de esa prenda, no es para nada recomendable usar sostén para dormir. 🚫💤

Hacer eso puede cortar la circulación, aumentar las estrías en esa zona del pecho y aumenta el riesgo de padecer de cáncer de seno debido a ello y más si están demasiado ajustados o son de talla menor a la que realmente somos, por eso es importante saber escoger bien la talla.

En lo personal, yo no puedo dormir con nada que marque o apriete mi cuerpo, nada que sea súper ajustado, debo sentirme lo más libre posible. 🍃

Another thing I would never do, not only because I don't want to, but because I can't, is to sleep with a bra, in fact now mentioning the disadvantages of this garment, it is not at all advisable to wear a bra to sleep. 🚫💤

Doing so can cut circulation, increase stretch marks in that area of the chest and increases the risk of breast cancer because of it and more if they are too tight or are smaller than the size we really are, so it is important to know how to choose the right size.

Personally, I can not sleep with anything that marks or squeezes my body, nothing that is super tight, I must feel as free as possible. 🍃

Tampoco y aunque no es una ropa íntima femenina, puedo usar fajas, eso me mata jajajaja. Es lo peor de lo peor, yo amo comer con toda la libertad del mundo y respirar tranquilamente sin nada que apriete mi abdomen ni pecho.

Pero ya eso de las fajas es otro tema más extenso, también creo que sj la mujer se ha hecho alguna cirugía de mamas o de abdomen, creo que son necesarias usarlas.

Al igual que cuando acaban de dar a luz, pero en mi caso, que no soporto usar sostén, las fajas mucho menos.

En fin, y a ustedes ¿Les encanta usar sostén o también los detestan? Me gustaría saberlo, ya que creo es algo común en nosotras las mujeres. También si es otra prenda íntima la que detestan, pueden compartirlo conmigo, me gustaría leerlas.

But the girdles is another larger issue, I also believe that if a woman has had breast or abdominal surgery, I think it is necessary to use them.

Just like when you have just given birth, but in my case, I can't stand wearing a bra, and I can't stand wearing girdles.
