Coastal landscapes of the northern coast of eastern Havana 🌊🌊
Greetings friends and lovers of photography and nature landscapes. From the north coast near the entrance to the Bay of Havana, in the surroundings of the Morro Castle, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful coastal landscapes of all western Cuba.
This stretch is located on a tectonically elevated block, whose uplift by the forces of the Earth's interior over time has created a rocky cliff with an altitude of more than 20 meters above sea level. This steep surface rightly borders the sea and a little further east is interrupted by a coastal plain, thus constituting the natural step between two levels of terraces sculpted by the sea.
The conjugation of the elements of the coastal landscape in this place forms a natural scenery of great beauty before the eyes of any spectator, of which I was able to obtain some captures to share with you. It is worth mentioning that the author was fortunate to take the photographs at the right moment, in an environment of totally clear skies with an intense blue; and with strong winds that agitated the sea making it break with its waves of white foam against the rocks of the cliff, thus creating a unique and very singular landscape mosaic.
