Community, soy ramsses y a continuacion les traere la llegada de los atletas a el gimnasio 12 de febrero en la exhibicion realizada este 26 de noviembre en el estado apure, en esta exhibicion no contabamos con fotografo personalizado, asi que no puedo grabar la llegada, aun asi yo estuve para grabar todo y aqui esta el resultado.Greetings friends of

En este video les muestro nuestra llegada de atletas asi como tambien el calentamiento, estiramiento y los sets realizados en el apartado de calistenia en la escena, recordemos que la calistenia son nuestros ejercicios basico para fortalecer todo nuestros musculo, solo asi podremos realizar los movimientos estaticos y tener mas control sobre los dinámicos.
In this video I show you our arrival of athletes as well as the warm-up, stretching and the sets performed in the calisthenics section on the scene, let's remember that calisthenics are our basic exercises to strengthen all our muscles, only then can we perform static movements and have more control over the dynamics.
