I think the doge thing probably had a lot to do with Elon Musk and other celebrities pumping it on Twitter, but even that is a sort of horse/cart question. The reason these cryptos do well is because of fundamentals that hard working and creative people have injected into them, which then makes them attractive to visionaries like Elon. In the case of doge, it's really its meme value that makes it so attractive. It's just so fun to have the banter back and forth about a coin with a silly dog rocketing to the moon. In the case of Bitcoin, it's really about being first mover, the most secure coin, and the best hedge against fiat inflation that the world has ever known. Bear in mind that billionaires would be increasingly buying Bitcoin even if Elon wasn't tweeting about it. I feel like the tweets are secondary, especially considering that the price about doubled before he started in with all the memeing. In other words, I believe Bitcoin is the horse that pulls Elon's cart, not the other way around.

yes of course, the price of bitcoin before elon musk became a hot topic talked about by many people has reached a new record in ATH, but with the presence of big influencers and large companies that go into crypto and make investments make massive market demand and make the price of bitcoin soar dramatically. Here I judge that influencers also have an important role in the crypto world to attract many parties to invest in their hands.
