Lunch with coffee and chocolate biscuit

Coffee has so much goodness that it cannot be quantified. I was launched into the coffee world by my dad; we are the only duo that loves having coffee in our family. Others felt like coffee was not the real deal, but for myself and my dad, coffee has it all.

This afternoon, I was thinking about what I could have for lunch. I wasn't that hungry, but I just needed something too much, and then coffee came to mind. I couldn't possibly take the coffee alone since it's homemade, but then I remembered I bought a chocolate biscuit the previous day. "That would be a good combo, I thought to myself", and immediately I set out for my afternoon lunch with coffee and chocolate biscuits.

I don't like the chocolate flavor of ice cream, but I love chocolate biscuits; they taste divine and exceptional. Only a lover of chocolate biscuits can testify. It goes so well with coffee, and that pleasantness is exactly what I needed to make my afternoon complete.

A day is so incomplete without coffee in it, so I decided to go on a search for the importance of coffee online, and I found some amazing facts many people don't know about coffee and why they think it's bad.

For men, I found out that coffee reduces the risk of erectile dysfunction and increases your libido. Generally, coffee boosts energy levels, supports brain health, promotes weight management, protects against liver conditions, supports heart health, and causes a lower risk of type 2 diabetes, among many others.

I do take my coffee with milk, although black coffee has some vital benefits too, such as reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases, helping keep the urinary system clear, and increasing physical performance. But with milk, coffee is creamier and tastier, with its divine taste.

As good as coffee is, it must be consumed in an appropriate portion; excess coffee isn't so good for health because of the caffeine present in coffee. Too much of it can lead to stress, mess up one's sleep routine, and cause hyperacidity. It is advised that one shouldn't take more than 400mg per day, which ranges to 4 cups per day maximum.

Thanks for your time, and your comments will be appreciated.

thanks for your advice. Even though the coffee is healthy to our body, but you can not consume it in a certain amount. I am still managing my craving to have a cup of coffee at 3 times a weeks at least and make it sure less sugar or no sugar.

I agree with you, a day without coffee is an incomplete day, and definitely, what better company than your dad and some delicious chocolate cookies... I can attest to that, hahaha, I am also a chocolate cookie lover. Thanks for sharing that valuable information on the properties of coffee.
