The ReggaeJAHM Awards 2021 || Looking back at Statistics of the Previous Year in the Community
The new year is here! And that means we make new plans and set exciting goals for the upcoming 365 days, but we also take some time to reflect on the year that has passed. In that same spirit I thought it would be appropriate to reflect on a year in the ReggaeJAHM community. So armed with my fresh @hivesql subscription I went to work to figure out the statistics of ReggaeJAHM for 2021. HiveSQL allows me to write certain coded queries to retrieve data that was taken from the Hive blockchain. Let's get started!
The Jahm Hustlers
The first shoutout goes to the people who wrote the most blogposts in the community. Writing and publishing these posts is the essential part of what keeps Hive and the communities in it alive. Leading the pack with 110 posts for 2021 is @andy4475 who brings us the musical vibes almost everyday complete with spicy ladies as cover photo. @dmilliz coming in close with 99. And then @bearmol hustling in third with 83 posts in the ReggaeJAHM community 2021.

We've had a total of 801 blog posts in the past year. This is about 0.06% of the total amount of blog posts in all of Hive in 2021. That may not seem much in comparison but it's all IRIE and filled with positivity, which is all that really matters. Let us all keep up the good work and aim for 1000+ next year!
The Chatterboxes
Next we have the chatterboxes of the community. Those that keep the interaction rolling. A very important task that keeps the community alive. The man who literally put his heart and soul into building this community is at the front of this mission. None other than @dmilliz. A close second is chatterbox @tanjakolader who always has an opinion or advice and is not afraid to share it on Hive. I can also confirm that she makes as many comments, if not more, on various things I do at home.
These two, together with the rest of us slightly less extroverted people, have contribute to a total of 10636 comments in ReggaeJAHM in 2021.

The Popular Kids
We've seen who writes the most, we've seen who has the most to say on stuff. And we take a look at those that have gotten the most attention in the community the past year. The one who got the most attention in terms of amount of upvotes received is a familiar name. I'm starting to think this dmilliz guy is some kind of a big deal around here. Fllowing Dean we also see other familiar names who have achieved celebrity status in the ReggaeJAHM community like @andy4475, @tanjakolader, @justinparke and @luca1777.
All the upvotes within the community add up to a total of 109379 upvotes. Plenty of love shared over the year I would say.
