The Weight of the Past.

Breaking free from the mind tricks, Miles confronted Li with the memory of his father's sacrifice before completely overpowering him. After returning to reality, Miles spared Li and helped him escape Kraven's forces, using a final, exhausting burst of venom power to clear out the remaining hunters.

After all these tries, Li's mind trick stopped working on Miles. And while I was fighting more demons, Miles was telling Li that he is the kid of the police officer that Li killed at City Hall long back, mentioning his dad was a hero who saved people from Li.

Well, then Li appeared on the scene, and it looked like Miles was a lot more powerful than the supervillain now, as he pulled Li toward him with his power.

Li still tried to confuse Miles, or maybe he really understood the fact, but Miles mentioned he is done listening to him. And losing his dad was not what's holding his back, mentioning he was the one doing this, but not anymore.

Then at last both of them came out of that dark realm, and it looked like Li understood his mistake, as he kneeled before Miles. The monochrome energy faded away completely to reveal the harsh reality of the real-world combat arena.

While everyone thought Miles was going to execute Li next, Miles asked Li to find Spider-Man when he is out, and then kicked Li to the high wall of the building, cracking the glass, so Li can at least escape. Miles did it to give his former enemy a clear path to freedom.

Kraven commanded his hunters not to let them escape, but Li was already out of their grasp, though Miles was still there, surrounded on all sides by heavily armed mercenary squads.

While the hunters tried to capture Miles, our superhero used all his venom powers at once to take down the surrounding hunters, and he became too weak to walk, collapsed to his knees.

Then I was shown Peter, when Ganke mentioned through com that he got a report that Mr. Negative is near F.E.A.S.T. in Chinatown, but nothing from Miles.
And I had to head to F.E.A.S.T. shelter next, but before that, I decided to swing around for some fun.

That's all for now. I'll write about more of this story again soon. Be safe till we meet again.
Au revoir/Goodbye.

Kicking Li toward the high wall to crack the glass and give him a clear path to freedom was such a genius way to save him from Kraven's hunters. But Miles also had a chance to just get out of there through that hole as he still could swing. I don't understand why he chose to save Li only.
The line about Jefferson Davis being a hero who saved people hit hard. It reminded everyone why Miles carries Spider-Man's responsibility so seriously.
This was one of the strongest emotional moments in the game. Miles telling Li about his father's death felt like Miles was releasing years of pain from his heart. 😟
Man this game looks like amazing 3D Unreal movie O_O really nice shots!
Everyone in that arena, including me and mostly you also, really thought Miles was going to finish him, but sparing him showed true strength. That escape route for Li was brilliant.
