Bienvenidos amigos y compañeros de Street Workout Community a mi post, donde esta vez le quiero comentar sobre cómo entreno y dónde entreno, que efectivamente como han visto en mis videos anteriores, es en mi casa.
Welcome friends and fellow members of Street Workout Community to my post, where this time I want to tell you about how I train and where I train, which indeed as you have seen in my previous videos, is at my home.
Como mucho ya saben yo entreno pesas combinado con calistenia sin embargo hay una idea errónea y es que creen que yo entreno en un gimnasio o algo por el estilo, sin embargo desde aproximadamente hace dos tres años yo entreno es en mi casa con un equipamiento básico de pesas que tengo yo y ese es el propósito de este video en donde les mostraré cuándo y cómo entreno yo y qué es el equipamiento que tengo.
As many already know I train weights combined with calisthenics however there is a misconception that I train in a gym or something like that, however since about two three years ago I train at home with a basic weight training equipment that I have and that is the purpose of this video where I will show you when and how I train and what is the equipment I have.
