I could see that among her clothes she only had pants and dresses, nothing really comfortable for the occasion, since I considered that the ideal was a Short, at that moment I knew what the next sewing project would be to share with you.

Certainly there are Shorts that our girls use only to walk around the house and play from one place to another, but there are times when we need to take them to a park, a square or simply to eat an ice cream and we want them to wear something comfortable and that provides a lot of freshness...That's why this beautiful afternoon I would like to show you a very flirty proposal of a very casual and beautiful Short model for girls, with a thick waistband, which stands out for its beautiful wavy details and rhinestone appliqués at the end of each leg, which make the girl look beautiful and very comfortable with this outfit, ideal for this type of occasion. I apologize for not having the exact name of the fabric I used but I lost the invoice and I really don't remember its name, what I do know is that it is thick, resistant, elastic but above all very soft.

But if in your case it is not the same type of fabric, take a lighter or match and burn all the edges of these waves to prevent the fabric from fraying. Then we open both parts and sew the edges of the front and back starting from the bottom. Close both parts of the pants and sew a straight seam on the legs.

I cut a strip about 6cm wide by the measurements of the girl's waist size, fold it in half and sew large pleats around the pants to make the waistband. If necessary, you can leave a hole to insert an elastic band. For my part, the fabric I used is very flexible, so I didn't do that step, since it stretched and adjusted enough.

Once this is done, we begin to decorate this cute Short with a beautiful bow in the shape of a butterfly, which we glue in the center of it with a striking button.

Then we sew some cute rhinestones to the bottom of each pant leg. These, which look like pearls, I liked them a lot, I thought they were very pretty and they also combined a lot with the button I used on the waistband.
