Feliz tarde amantes de la costura, que la bendición de nuestro Padre Celestial esté siempre con todos ustedes y con los suyos!!!... Parece increíble pero pronto llegará el último día de este año, y con él, muchos recuerdos especiales, momentos vividos llenos de aprendizaje, crecimientos, objetivos y éxitos, que hicieron que cada día de este año fuese diferente e inolvidable...Bien dicen, que recordar es vivir, y el dia de hoy me gustaría revivir y reflexionar sobre algunos momentos de este año sumandome al desafío de fin de año de #Needleworkmonday.
Happy afternoon sewing lovers, may the blessing of our Heavenly Father always be with all of you and yours!!!... It seems incredible but the last day of this year will soon arrive , and with it, many special memories, lived moments full of learning, growth, objectives and successes, which made each day of this year different and unforgettable... They say well; remembering is living, and today I would like to relive and reflect on some moments of this year by joining the #Needleworkmonday end-of-year challenge.
Siempre es sabido que los colores juegan un papel fundamental en nuestra vida pueden ayudarnos a tomar decisiones, a cambiar de opinión o incluso a tmar otra perspectiva. Para esta reflexión quise a este año ponerle un color, un color que representará el avance que pienso yo, he tenido en este arte de crear bellezas con telas , hilos y agujas; y para mi este año fue de color verde, ese verde que vemos en la excelencia de la naturaleza, que simboliza crecimiento, renovación, progreso y optimismo.
It is always known that colors play a fundamental role in our lives, they can help us make decisions, change our minds or even take another perspective. For this reflection I wanted to put a color on this year, a color that will represent the progress that I think I have had in this art of creating beauty with fabrics, threads and needles; and for me this year was green, that green that we see in the excellence of nature, which symbolizes growth, renewal, progress and optimism.
Un tono verde brillante, que significa la energia que tuve en cada proyecto de este año, las ganas de aprender y dedicación que tuve para hacer costuras nuevas, a pesar de varias complicaciones de salud debido a este oficio. Coser requiere de mucha paciencia, sobre todo cuando lo hacemos a mano, como yo por mucho tiempo lo hice. Cada trabajo de estos tienen su propia historia, hubieron muchos dedos pinchados y noches de descanso tarde, pero dedicarnos a algo por amor, trae consigo una actitud positiva y no hay nada mas gratificante para mi, que ver feliz a la protagonista de casi todas mis confecciones por lucir algo nuevo. Desde que mi hija nació, la costura se ha convertido para mi en mi arte favorito, el amor y el querer, evidentemente es lo que nos impulsa en este ámbito a crecer y a mejorar.
A bright green tone, which means the energy I had in each project this year, the desire to learn and dedication I had to make new seams, despite several health complications due to this job. Sewing requires a lot of patience, especially when we do it by hand, as I did for a long time. Each of these jobs has its own story, there were many pricked fingers and late nights of rest, but dedicating ourselves to something for love brings with it a positive attitude and there is nothing more gratifying for me than seeing the protagonist of almost all my jobs happy. clothing to show off something new. Since my daughter was born, sewing has become my favorite art for me, love and caring is evidently what drives us in this field to grow and improve.
Es es mismo tono verde que ilumina y que me permite solo ver las cosas buenas que pude haber logrado este año, dónde pasé de crear un sencillo vestido para niñas, hasta confeccionar un recordado vestido de 15 años. No tengo duda, que este fue uno de los proyectos más difíciles que he hecho y que pensé que no lograría, un proyecto que me lleno de miedo y tal vez de una incertidumbre que no me dejaba dormir. Podía verme como niña al lado de mi abuela aprendiendo a coser y luego de un momento a otro diseñando un vestido como éste, que para mi su confección, significó muchísimo. No veo el momento de volver a hacer otro.
It is the same green tone that illuminates and allows me to only see the good things that I could have achieved this year, where I went from creating a simple dress for girls, to making a memorable dress, for quinceañera I have no doubt that this was one of the most difficult projects I have ever done and one that I thought I would not achieve, a project that filled me with fear and perhaps an uncertainty that would not let me sleep. I could see myself as a child next to my grandmother learning to sew and then from one moment to the next designing a dress like this one, whose making meant a lot to me. I can't wait to do another one.
Hasta la misma alegría que tuve hace poco al tener mi propia máquina de coser, diría que tuvo un color verde radiante, esa sensacion de calma y serenidad, llena de esperanza pues estoy segura que vienen muchas experiencias nuevas para mí.
Hoy fácilmente puedo ver las diferencias de mis costuras en trabajos anteriores y las hoy día. Cada año que pasa agradezco cada dia a Dios por pertenecer a la familia de Hive, especialmente a la comunidad de #Needleworkmonday, que me ha abierto sus puertas de amor, apoyo y solidaridad, dónde me he sentido comoda por mucho tiempo. Personas como: @kattycrochet, @lauramica, @romeskie, @artsugar, cuyos talentos son admirables, más que inspiracion ofrecen confianza y esa seguridad que toda persona necesita para iniciar y crecer en este arte, a todas ellas muchas gracias, por todo el apoyo que me ofrecieron en este año.
Today I can easily see the differences between my stitching in previous work and today. With each passing year I thank God every day for belonging to the Hive family, especially the #Needleworkmonday community, which has opened its doors of love, support and solidarity to me, where I have felt comfortable for a long time. Como el verde de una hoja en crecimiento, pienso ir este año en la costura, muy sueve, permitiendome tener oportunidades y mejorar ahora el equilibrio en mi nueva herramienta de trabajo. Confiando en Dios que este nuevo año que comenzará, traerá nuevas bendiciones, me gustaría este año tener un nuevo emprendimiento en ropas para niñas y necesito mucha más práctica, así que mi nena seguirá siendo esa inspiración y modelo para lograrlo.
Like the green of a growing leaf, I plan to go this year in sewing, very gentle, allowing me to have opportunities and now improve the balance in my new work tool. Trusting in God that this new year that will begin will bring new blessings, this year I would like to have a new venture in girls' clothing and I need a lot more practice, so my daughter will continue to be that inspiration and model to achieve it.
