Greetings again my dear friends of this prestigious platform, we know from our own experience that each of us go through constant transformations of both our physical appearance and our thinking which leads us to shape our behavior, all this undoubtedly makes us emotionally vulnerable at certain stages of our existence.

Each person has different flanks of vulnerability and from which they are used to protect themselves, there are actions that leave us stunned and make us feel insecure, weak and unable to solve any problem that may arise, however, when this happens we must be very attentive to the reconstruction of all our thinking and thus shield us from any other danger of vulnerability of our emotions.

This makes us think that we must be in a permanent reconstruction of our lives, since every day we may be subjected to any kind of pressure that seeks to make us vulnerable and doubt our intrinsic capabilities as emotionally balanced people.

All reconstruction brings changes and this is really important because life has taught us that the person who resists changes will be totally behind and with them out of step with their reality and it is something that no one wants to happen, all of us go through moments of vulnerability of all kinds, but the important thing is that we can always have the ability to reverse this through the reconstruction of our thinking and thus our life in every way.

If we are vulnerable in the eyes of others, many people around us with bad intentions will want to take advantage of us, and this is something we should not allow ourselves to do, since the physical and emotional peace of mind of our family and all those around us depends on our strength.
