Glow Wallet: A Wallet That Rewards You From Scammers
Crypto never seizes to amaze me, just when you thought you have seen it all, you come online and see another beautiful thing that will make you appreciate crypto and the work being put into the crypto space. Never in my life did I imagine that you can make money from being tried to be scammed. In 2021 I was sent a lot of dust tokens by scammers who tried to gain access to my wallet through these dust tokens. These tokens, once transferred to your account and you try to transact them, you will lose your wallet and get hacked, so what do you do? Leave it in your wallet and just try not to transact it by mistake, or you can move your assets to another wallet.
But guess what? With this new glow wallet, you don’t have to worry about dust tokens, if you see a token in your wallet and you are not sure what it is, you can burn the token and get rewarded in sol. Just like I did in the image below and got rewarded.
The value might be small, but its free money for burning an unrecognised token. Right now to get the early access NFT, you can click on the glow link, register with your email address and get a verification code. But. You need to have a glow wallet, a link will be provided on where to get the glow wallet. But you can get it on the chrome extension link.
You need to have over $1 worth of SOL to mint the NFT successfully. If you have the glow wallet on your mobile phone, you can airdrop tokens to another glow wallet users without doing too much. You know how airdrop works on iPhone, where you can airdrop files to another fellow iPhone user through airdrop command, you can do the same thing with the glow app on mobile. Click on the airdrop button and get notified of other glow wallet users who have their airdrop on, pair and send tokens to them. Very smooth and easy.
Does this means that we are going to be seeing other wallets integrate this burning mechanism, I believe it will be really nice, will that discourage scammers from sending the scam tokenS? Because the more they send, the more sol you have.

Crypto keep on evolving, there is no end to what can be created. Who will have thought one can make money through been try to be scammed.

Making money from trying to be scammed… that’s a cool way to put it. I’ve never thought about people trying to scam you by sending you tokens and taking over your wallet once you transact with them before. Awesome to know.

This is a cool feature! I hope other wallets integrate something like this too. My Metamask wallets have a lot of unknown tokens, and interacting with them would mean signing a transaction. And that's where the danger lies.
