Manta Pacific: Activities & Potentials

Back with another project and as usual I am not really excited but it doesn’t hurt to explore it. Have you heard about the manta network? I think it’s a subsidiary of the Calamari Network, a ZK-rollup that is based on the zero knowledge protocol. I have interacted on the calamari network and the native token of the calamari network is KMA. It’s a different chain, private and quite fast. The subsidiary, manta is on the EVM network and just launched its mainnet. Just like other EVM networks that launched, I kinda not see the difference. Because it’s just like Zksync, Zora, Base, scroll and other new EVM layer 2 networks.

Being an airdrop hunter I have seen projects reward people for interacting with chains. Either through bridging or through making a transaction and the proof of making transactions is through paying gas fees. As Manta Pacific launched its mainnet it released a bunch of activities that can be done to help you with your interaction activities. This involves, bridging, minting, providing liquidity, swapping and holding, it comes like a GALXE task. You can explore them here

With my Arbitrum airdrop experience, I will say that when a new layer 2 chain launches, one of the first interactions to be eligible for an airdrop is to do a native bridge before using a secondary bridge to bridge. Manta Pacific native bridge is here, after doing it, you can consider doing the other Galxe tasks, claim the Galxe points and who knows you can be eligible for the airdrop, that is if there would be any airdrop.
