Sometimes In Investments, It’s More Easier To Say Than To Execute

This post is going to be based on two scenarios, these scenarios will be on me bashing so called financial coaches that are hypocrites and the next one will be on people that tend to invest more with their words than with their actions.

Hypocritical Financial Coaches

I was watching @khaleelkazi ‘s TikTok where he replied to a comment that asked if he was a coach. He confirmed to the commenter he wasn’t a coach, he talked about how most people that claim to be coach and knows how to teach people to be financially free for a fee are contradicting theirselves because, if you know how to do that, you wouldn’t teach people for a fee. This is something I learnt during my Forex learning days. Most of these so called coaches or mentors make more money talking than actually trading. They survive from the money they get paid for talking about how to teach you to be financially free than implementing what they are teaching.

They charge couple of 100 bucks to teach you how to make money and collect this amount from a lot of naive newbies who are still new in the crypto space. This was my experience when I was a newbie in trading Forex .

I went through intense 3 months training to learn how to be a Forex guru, I was taught lots of things and things I have to do to finally make that money I dreamt of. But my mistake was not paying attention to the people who are teaching me and claiming to be financially free. These people teach a lot of ways to be financially free but don’t implement it, they talk about taking risks but they don’t take such risk. The moment I knew I was learning how to be financially free from the wrong person was when my supposed tutor on how to be financially free asked me to lend him $25.

Few months later these guy switched to crypto trading and started advertising how to teach people crypto trading and be rich. I felt so sad for their new students because these so called financial coaches are fraudulent, you can’t teach people how to get what you don’t have. After learning Forex, I traded and lost a lot, but lots of people always reached out to me to teach them, Forex was trending, everybody wanted to learn at that time. I tried teaching some people but I felt like a hypocrite, how can I teach you how to be a successful Forex trader when I am not a successful Forex trader. That’s fraud because I will be stealing money from you all in the name of teaching you and also let you make mistakes that will lead to loss of more money when you try to implement what I taught you.

Same things goes to some YouTube coaches, they make more money from YouTube streams and mentorship than trading.

Investing More With Words Than Actions
Lots of people will be guilty of this, I used to be on this table, till I changed. All these changed in 2021, this was when I decided that the habit of investing with more words than action will be eliminated. Have you ever been caught in the wonderful feeling of doing your research and finding every reason to invest in a project but you don’t have money to invest. Then the moment you get money to invest, you find excuses to back out and not invest. That’s the moment I will remember that I have to buy a new gadget or a new shoe or go for shopping. I will always compensate myself with the thoughts of “I will get another opportunity to buy it cheaper” or “The coin will dip and I will buy it again”. When it pumps but doesn’t dump to the price you expected it to dump, regrets is the only thing we feel afterwards.

I 1000% agree with this. I think the space is filled with fake gurus who all try to sell courses.

Frankly, if you’re selling a course on how to make money, then you’ve immediately invalidated your own advice. If you knew how to make money, you wouldn’t need to earn money from a course
