Feedback for April month InLeo Initiative

Hello and Everyone

Time flies and now the time has come for the April month Inleo initiative. This is the third month of my participation. This initiative started in February and I can say that it has come a long way. Needless to say, it is a very good initiative and I am very happy to participate in this program since the beginning. A lot to learn and a lot to share depending upon the topic we receive each day in the calendar. It is such a fantastic calendar because there are various topics to choose from. Every day something new is there and it is not limiting us to post on the LEO finance community only. This is another best part that we can't ignore and I just love the fact that the Leo team is doing a great job to support the content creators. This initiative is only for the content creators through which the team expects more engagement and participation.

What went well

There are so many good things to talk about this initiative and I will touch base on some of the important points-

• It's a great initiative to help content creators so that they can post every day which is good for the platform.
• More engagement is done because there are more creators active and this way more value addition is done in the community and platform also.
• Getting a topic is very helpful for me and I can understand that it can be a problematic area for many creators so this big problem is solved through this initiative.
• I can see a lot of people posting every day and this has been possible because of this initiative.
• less active People have become more active and those who are not active have become active so this is how things are changing for betterment.
• This is not just limited to the Leo community so a broader range of topics are provided that can be published in relevant communities and not just Leo finance.
• Because the calendar is published in advance for the entire month and we can plan topics accordingly by doing the required exercise.
• We also have the liberty to change the title according to our knowledge and understanding which gives full freedom to the content creators

What can be Improved

In terms of topics and programs, I can't find any point to talk about. I have already said that this is a fantastic initiative but still, there are a few things that should be addressed to make the experience even better.

• There have been a few days when I experienced a bug on the Leo interface because of this I could not publish the post on time. This is because they have made the mandatory requirement to publish the post through Leo UI. It would be good if such bugs are fixed for a better user experience.

• A weekly report it shared for having all the participants in the post but I think this was not published on time every week. It can be great if the report out is fixed on a specific day for the entire week to see how I am doing and even how others are doing. Seeing how others are doing gives a clear picture and also gives a room for improvement so that I can do even better.

So overall it is a very good program and I thank the Leo team for coming out with this fantastic initiative. They have helped a lot of content creators and I'm sure in the coming months it will encourage more people to be part of it. I have learned a lot about different topics because it's obvious that no one knows everything. I was required to do some research on so many topics and this is how I got the opportunity to learn something new that I enjoyed because of this I like this initiative a lot and I'm sure some people have gone through similar practice.
