My Happy Place.

Last Monday, I went to the place where I used to live years ago.

Doesn't it feel amazing to visit the same street, the place where you used to live, the area where you used to roam around after many many days? It brings back so many memories!

Last November, I changed my apartment and shifted to a more comfortable/residential area. So it's been over a year now, I didn't manage to visit the area I leave behind. I had no business there. But last Monday, I had to visit a special school for my niece.

Anyway...

It was a wonderful experience. I didn't go to my old apartment, it will make the people feel awkward who are living there. But I roam around the street which I used to visit a lot.

They look almost the same as before.

This plant nursery used to be one of my happy places. Many many days, I used to take my son there in the very early in the morning, around 6 am, and we used to take a walk around the footpath. The lake environment is so refreshing and the greens from the plant nursery make it more full of positive vibes.

It reminded me of so many good memories...

Those days were hard because my son had sleeping issues, many days he used to sleep only for a couple of hours at the night. I had to stay awake for after night. But when the day start to get brighter, we couldn't but go to take a walk on the empty street. It was so refreshing after a bad sleepless night. After coming back home my son used a take a long nap and I used to take care of all the other house chores.

Now he is growing up, doesn't have any sleeping issues. When last week, we walked around the same street, I asked him if he can remember anything. No wonder, he doesn't but my mind was full of memories.

Moreover, this plant nursery inspired me to have my garden at my home/balcony. Many of the plants that I still own to this day are from this place.

It was an amazing walk there...

Wow! I wonder why you left such greenery to somewhere else. I believe where you are is far better now but honestly those nurseries looks really nice to that environment. It's fun visiting the places we once found ourselves and just getting butterflies in our stomachs. Really cool pictures you got there. !PIZZA

This nursery used to be the only refreshing place over there. That was not a residential area, full of different shops, noisy, and all. I feel much better where I live now.
But I kinda miss that plant nursery.

One of the best places I would say, a few days ago I bought an ivy which is about to die because of my fault. I put it in a cool place that's why leaves died already. But I am hoping it will revive in spring. I often love to buy plants, one of the pleasant places I have created in my home...

Isn't it? It's kind of some happiness that we create for ourselves. People say, why so many flower plants, they don't give you anything. Produce some vegetables instead.
But flowers are something else, right?
