Switching Nodes: Staking Tribe Tokens (NEOXAG: 1UP: WAIV: POB: CTP)
The Hive Blockchain is a busy place. From posting blog content, gaming (Play2Earn), participating in communities, collecting second lawyer tokens, curating the content of others and the many (many) initiatives one can "forget" to do the easiest of actions that helps ones account and standing within the Hive community. One of these actions takes a simple click or two. If you read my title I'm guessing you know what I'm getting at (Staking ones second lawyer tokens/community tokens). Doing so gives one more influence in each individual community/tribe/ and on the overall Hive Blockchain. A nice side affect of taken such an action is the more of each token you stake the more curation rewards you can potentially earn. It's been awhile since I staked some of these tokens so I'm going to go ahead and do that right now. While doing so I'm also going to create a post about such as to hopefully remind some others that it might be time to do the same. Listed below will be the tokens I staked today and some basic information about each token and its front-end as taken from Hive-Engine.

There are many other tokens and various front-end tokens out there and I encourage you to check your wallets to see if you have any available that you want to stake. Leaving them sit idle as liquid funds isn't helping you grow. Of course you might have plans for those liquid funds or you might like keeping them liquid, if so by all means do that. All information displayed above has been taken from the Hive Blockchain Dex known as Hive-Engine. Screenshots have also been taken from Hive-Engine and in some cases the Hive Dex BeeSwap. At current time (11/25/2023) Hive-Engine (TribalDex) seems to be having some Node issues. One can change the node they are linked to by clicking your profile name (Hive Blockchain name) within TribalDex and selecting any of the various nodes listed. One could also use an alternate DEX which displays allot of if not all the same info such as BeeSwap. Links to Hive Blockchain DEX's mentioned in this post supplied below. Switch Nodes:
Switching Hive-Engine nodes is a relatively easy action to take. To do so simply go to TribalDex (login) and click on your profile name (Your Hive Blockchain Name). Once clicked a pop-up will display that has three options: (1) Settings (2) Block Explorer (3) Logout. You are going to want to click (1) Settings. After doing so a new pop-up will display that has a list of Hive-Engine RPC Nodes. Simply click on your node of choice and proceed to click Save Settings. This will change the node you are currently using when visiting TribalDex (Hive-Engine) to a different Node that hopefully helps you link to the DEX faster and without failure. You can change Nodes as many times as you like so feel free to experiment with them to see which one gives you the best service. Don't forget to click Save Settings as forgetting to do so will mean your desired action of switching Nodes did not take place.

I hope that all the nodes get back up to speed soon, because I prefer using Hive-Engine over Tribaldex.
I've just been using Hive-engine (and used steem-engine with the same format) for such a long time now that using tribaldex right now because of the node issues feels super weird to me. Everything takes me 2x longer to do and find.
But about the tribe tokens, right now is a great time to be collecting and staking all kinds of tokens on the hive ecosystem in my oppinon.
I tried multiple nodes but am still having issues. Currently using BeeSwap nets me the best results. I hear you on familiarity. I agree, now is the time to collect. Most tribe tokens are earned rather easily or cost very little in trade. Who knows what the next bull run will bring or what USD value some of these tokens may or may not have in the future. I opt to collect them as doing so takes very little effort. TribalDex pulls its info from Hive-Engine. If I'm not mistaken, changing nodes on one also changes the node used on the other (I could be wrong on that but its my understanding, I did no research to confirm).

I wonder what the tags are for waiv?
I believe all our created content gets posted to WAIV but only specific ones qualify for WAIV rewards. I'm not sure the metrics or tags needed/used. Looking at the front-end, not many WAIV rewards get handed out per post that qualify for such rewards. The ones I checked in trending earn 0.01-0.07 USD of WAIV rewards if they are lucky (unless I'm filtering wrong).
