This plant can measure up to a meter in height where you have leaves in two rows and its fruits have the appearance of capsules, which is strange to see because its taste is also bitter, which is not pleasant at all if you haven't. tried they have that strange flavor, their characteristic color is yellow that there since it is a very striking color it looks super but you try it nothing that you like, my grandmother said something about that yellowish color of turmeric that they were from healing energies no I know why you said it but hey, I was right since there are many benefits that they can bring you.

It's striking because you can't just use it for domestic use but it is already used medicinally for its benefits, how to take care of the liver that toxins damage it due to its powerful effect, turmeric can help these people who take perhaps many strong medications such as those for diabetes, in food digestion it is also good because it contributes to good digestion due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, these turmeric plants can be used a lot. To prevent cancer, for cholesterol, it helps prevent depressive-type disorders, it also relieves pain associated with arthritis, and even weight loss, which seems naw there, I recommend them, well, among many other things, they serve turmeric.

My small crop is not much, but I already have a few plants planted in a truck's rubber rim, a friend gave me some seeds and since I am related to my other plants, I said why not grow a little.

And so I went where I had that rim full of earth that was in good condition. I took advantage of the opportunity to plant them there in one piece, a piece that she gave me, as I had already been telling you that they are similar to a capsule, I chopped them into three pieces and agreed to bury those little ones pieces of turmeric, perhaps it is not a very long process that I did because the land was already there ready and in good shape.

It's been about two months since I planted and if I've seen its growth some are small like others are already almost a meter high, you have to be aware of the irrigation although the rain has served its growth well also when I see them a little dry I apply a little manual watering and another thing that he applied is hot water around them due to the ant that sometimes attack their roots.

I have to wait for them to spend a good time until they are already developed and ready to harvest their fruits since they take almost a year to form completely and if necessary, give them the proper use, although I will use them for domestic use how to give that color to the rice and already with the acquired knowledge to use it as a medicinal plant because its properties and benefits are already known, why not give it that great utility, I hope that my turmeric will give me some good fruits with the favor of God.

Les contare un poco sobre mi siembra de la cúrcuma Que tengo en casa cerca de mi jardín de cactus ya que me pareció genial cultivar un poco ya que es muy beneficiosa y despertó en mi cierta curiosidad.

La curcuma quizás no es originaria de aquí de Venezuela pero si hay partes y zonas dónde las cultivan en gran cantidad y en muchos hogares también las siembran, especialmente las personas que les gusta los beneficios que traen y dónde usan semilleros pequeños en el hogar , su nombre científico es cúrcuma longa está planta puede medir hasta un metro de altura dónde dispones de hojas en dos filas y su frutos tienen apariencia de unas cápsulas que es como raro verlas ya que también su sabor es amargo que no es nada agradable si no la has probado tienen ese sabor raro, su color característico es el amarillo que allí ya que es un color muy llamativo se ve súper pero lo pruebas nada que gusta , mi abuelita decía algo a cerca de ese color amarillento de la cúrcuma que eran de energías sanadora no sé porque lo decías pero bueno tenía razón ya que eso son muchos los beneficios que te pueden traen .

Es llamativo porque nada más no las puedes usar como uso doméstico sino que ya es usado de forma medicinal por sus beneficios , cómo para cuidar el hígado que la toxinas la dañen debido a su efecto tan poderoso , la curcuma puede ayudar a esta personas que tomas quizás muchos medicamentos fuerte como son los de la diabetes, en la digestión de alimentos también es buena porque contribuye a una buena digestión debido sus propiedades antioxidante y antiinflamatorios, esas plantas de curcuma es mucho para lo que se puede utilizar. Para prevenir el cáncer, para el colesterol, ayuda a prevenir el trastorno de tipo depresivo, alivia también los dolores asociados al artritis, también que hasta la perdida de peso que les parece naw allí se las recomiendo bueno entre muchas otras cosas sirven la cúrcuma.

Mi pequeña siembra no es mucha la que pero ya tengo unas cuantas plantas sembrada en en un rin de caucho de camión, un amigo fue que me dió unas semillas y como yo estoy relacionado a mis otras plantas dije porque no cultivar un poco .

Y así hice dónde tenía ese rin lleno de tierra que estaba en buen estado aproveche la ocasión para sembrarlas allí de una un pedazo que me dió como ya les venía diciendo que son parecidas a una cápsula las piqué en tres pedazos y accedo a enterrar esos pequeños trozos de curcuma, quizás no es un proceso muy largo el que hice porque ya la tierra estaba allí lista y en buena forma.

Ya hacen como dos meses desde que hice la siembra y si le he visto en su crecimiento unas están pequeñas como otras ya están a casi el metro de altura , ya de hay estar pendiente al riego aunque al lluvia le ha servido de bien a su crecimiento también cuando las veo un poco seca le aplico un poco de riego manual y otra cosa que le aplicó es agua caliente a su alrededor debido a la hormiga que a veces la atacan en sus raíces.

Tengo que esperar a que pasen un buen tiempo a qué esten ya desarrolladas y lista para recoger sus frutos ya que duran casi el año en formarse por completo y de hay si darle el uso adecuado, aunque los usaré para uso doméstico cómo darle ese color al arroz y ya con el conocimiento adquirido usarla como planta medicinal porque ya si se sabe sus propiedades y beneficios porque no darle esa gran utilidad,espero que mi curcuma me den unos buenos frutos con el favor de Dios .
