My fairy castles . [Eng/Esp]

Hello greetings to all my hive people, wishing you many good things every day.

For me it is very pleasant to talk about plants, but especially when they are about cacti or succulents that are the ones that I love and talking about them expressing that love you did for her is the best thing to do.

What I am here to talk to you about is this cactus called a fairy castle, which is very interesting because of its characteristics and the forms in which it is, where it is greenish and its edges catch my attention because they have like a very soft cotton on their thorns, which makes it look attractive.

The Acanthocereus tetragonus also known as Fairy Castle is a highly branched columnar cactus that only reaches about 70 cm in height. It is originally from Central America.

Its green stem can lighten when exposed to direct sunlight or darken when lighting is low.

These fairy castle cacti are in my garden with their respective new pots and their new, well-prepared soil, where it is very useful to absorb the necessary nutrients they deserve.
I have these plants there in the garden where the direct sun does not hit them since it is on the back porch of the house, and there the reflections of the sun reach them, although normally they are from the sun, but also given the rain I keep them there so that the rain does not affect it.

Some are already more stable and sustainable where they took their adaptation and growth process, those are the ones that are already older, even having little children.

There are also other castle-of-beam cacti that are recovering due to the water that was rotting them and I hadn't noticed but they are already in a shed where they are gradually getting stronger with good care.

With regard to the watering that I give these plants, it is a bit delicate given that water cannot be applied to them every day, because they tend to rot and thus cause the death of the plant.
Something that happened to me before with a lot of water causes flooding and that's where the cake begins to rot this time, as is the fairy castle.

That they are delicate at the time of irrigation since I apply water when I see that their land is dry, oh every six or eight days, I apply the necessary irrigation.
I also use what a soda pipe does, where I make minimal holes in the lid so that the water comes out in a minimum amount and thus not make holes in the ground and that is what is very useful to me since it is similar to a watering can that the water falls

This fairy castle I also try not to move it so much from one place to another so as not to tire them, thus preventing them from withering or damaging it, it is very important to emphasize that it should not be hidden so much from the sun, since they are from the sun they need that favorable radiation for them .

Well my people this is all for today hoping to improve every day more, thank you very much.
