Are you feeling overwhelmed at work? You see there are a lot of things to do and you don't know where to start. You are under stress. That's not a good feeling.

You have to deal with this situation. When you are in a situation like this, you can analyze what you have to do. Then make a list based on urgency and importance. Put the task first that is close to the deadline. Once you do that, then go for the next one. While you are working on one thing, you might get distracted by other tasks and keep thinking about them. Write it down on a piece of paper and focus on what you are doing right now.

I agree with you, analyze, make that list, set those priorities, definitely have a deadline.
Do not make my mistake of getting tangled up in analysis paralysis :-)

After having the to-do list, execution is the most important thing. It will remove the task from your to-do list one by one. And you feel great! :)

Exactly that is the best thing about tick journaling. Those little boxes are just screaming for a check mark. It is so odd how satisfying it is for me to check those boxes 😀

I have a lot to do but don't just know where to start from, thinking about the whole thing got me distracted that I ended up doing nothing meaningful for the whole day so I decided to go with your idea of listing out what I have to do. Thanks for sharing, it has helped someone here.

When you list all those tasks, you have a pretty good idea of which one you should go first. And you can get things done one by one. Thank you @bimpcy for your feedback!
