You are disappointed because what you expected did not happen. You become hopeless. But is that really that bad? If you see other people and their lifestyles, you will see they face the worst situation that you cannot imagine.
If they can survive and get better, so can you. You will be inspired to see their struggle. Whether you like it or not, you will not see many people around you when you have a bad situation. The situation might punch you on your face, but this is not the end. You can get up and fight back. As long as you believe in yourself, nothing can stop you.
