Suddenly you get sick. You have to go to the hospital. Then you know you have huge medical bill. Healthcare cost is increasing rapidly. If you do not have health insurance, you may face problems in this situation.
Now you have to borrow or take a loan to cover medical bills and healthcare costs. When you have health insurance, you do not have to worry about this. It is because your health insurance policy will take care of everything. You feel relaxed and live a stress-free life. You do a lot of things and sacrifice for savings. And you have savings that you may plan for something else. When you get sick suddenly, you have to spend your savings. Health insurance protects your savings and acts as a safety net.

I used to not believe it having health insurance but now I am all ears. The feeling of having a protection from the unexpected is valuable for my mental health and wellbeing. As you said in the post, I don't have to worry about what if I have that or what if I can't pay. Funny thing is it's easy for people to get insurance for cars, houses and other possession but not for their health. I am quite the opposite.
One of my relatives is in the hospital. I was there to help do tests and check-ups. There is no way we can ignore health insurance, it helps a lot financially. If someone is sick, you will do your best for her so that she can recover. Health insurance can be a blessing in a hard time.

It's definitely useful because doctor and drug prices are so expensive. In a way, I think it's just way too expensive and they tend to get more expensive over time.
